Room was super dirty. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and my own bedding because there's was so disgusting. I will never stay at this chain again. Staff was rude and annoyed when asked about anything.

The staff is very friendly. The room is clean and spacious. I absolutely loved that there is a creek and wooded nature path behind the hotel to walk my dog. Many restaurants and stores for shopping nearby.

Very nice stay here. The whole place has been up graded since our last stay. Rooms are comfortable and convenient. Everything you need. Nice beds, plenty of room, full kitchen. The staff here is very nice and helpful. Close to many eateries within walking distance. Wallet friendly room rates.

Front desk check in was easy and the staff member was very friendly and professional. He delivered a crib to our room promptly and got us some extra bedding too. The room was comfortable albeit a little dated. Even though it is a non-smoking facility, it must have been allowed at one point because the room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. It's located on a quaint downtown area with walking access to local shopping and dining. There is also a large walking park directly behind the hotel.

My complaint is more so against customer service from the corporation than this specific hotel. We accidentally booked the wrong dates late at night for that night. We immediately called to see if we could switch the dates to tomorrow night, and we were told we couldn't, and that if we did, they were going to charge us for tonight plus taxes and fees. We had booked through their own website. We were told that since we had called after 6 pm, they wouldn't and couldn't do anything. 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️.
However, the actual front desk was amazing. We called them directly and they helped us in literally 30 seconds. AMAZING front desk.response / report this review -

It's OK, average rooms, clean, nice location in Sugar Town. Biggest plus for us is that it is dog friendly ($30 extra per night). The only issue we had were with the staff, who weren't exactly friendly or helpful.

Rooms are ok, but the staff are kind of rude and unhelpful. But it's dog friendly, which makes up for a lot. Plenty of parking, enough handicapped.

We had a wonderful 11 day stay here at the hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating when we needed to stay an extra day. The room was awesome we had a suite with a separate bedroom. The maid staff were very nice especially Maritza. We will definitely come back and let our family and friends who come to visit know what a wonderful hotel this is. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one.

My daughter, who is 20, went on her first "adult trip" with her friends and they stayed here. She says this was more than she was expecting it to be, staff was great, located in an amazing place, and the atmosphere was great. She did say she wish she stayed longer because I guess house keeping doesn't clean when you stay there for less than 5 days? Other than that, everything was more than exceeded to her expectations.
