Staff was rude ignorant they didn't give us a a room or even give us a refund when they would allow my daughter or my grandkids us to come in I get out of the freezing cold and snow so I can put a credit card in my name because I had a new credit card on the way due to fraud I had to cancel my old one and my heater just went out that day so my car is very called my grandson was only 4 days old my granddaughter barely 2 we just need a room for the night to make it back home. Idaho never been cheated treated so disrespectful

Room was basic. Included free wifi. Can get dishes and has a fridge. Pre-paid for a few dollars off two months prior and plans changed. Lost a couple nights of stay because you can't change if you do that. I recommend to never use that option. Staff was friendly. Breakfast ends at 9:30 and I mean 9:30. Show up at 9:31 and everything will be gone. I would stay elsewhere if given the choice.

Was charged double for the room, paid for the hotel on priceline and then was charged an extra $58. Room smelled of smoke even though they were sure to tell me that this was a non smoking hotel. Weird people having a party right in the lobby with the staff. Will never stay here again. Wish I could rate zero stars.

I enjoy staying here have not had any issues with staff love my room/home wish they did have better choices for breakfast like fruit or bagels, orange juice . But that's just my opinion they do always have coffee wish is awesome

Some of the staff is super great, but the rest is awful. The cleanliness definitely leaves something to be desired. Charging for house keeping is different, especially at a longer stay place like this. Usually, housekeeping is offered at least every 4 days.

Having spent some time working in a hotel I come to expect a few simple things. A clean room, as the room appeared clean, upon looking closer to floor it was not. Its hardwood. Beds? Might as well be sleeping on plywood. Late night staff was lost as to how to do their job. Dogs all put on same floor, and bark all night. Price was too high F or what you get. If traveling far and need a good rest. Do not stay here, shell out a few extra bucks for a good night's rest.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. I paid for a room with a queen bed, but unfortunately the room I requested had a small hole in the wall. However, the manager upgraded me to a room with a king size bed at no extra charge. The hotel room itself is very large and fairly clean. However, they do not clean under the bed, under the bed was filthy! The blankets and sheets were clean and smelled fresh. I would stay here again.

Tv didn't have very many channels to watch. We were looking for a movie to watch. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean overall. Towels had stains. The amount of shampoo given is not enough for 2 adults. Was in a hurry so didn't have time to call and see about more.

The building was modern, staffed well, rooms clean. I found NO trace of bed bugs. Two thumbs up for that. Appliances worked. Overall score: exceptional

Not bad it was kind of a pain to get in there. I had a prepaid card and they wanted me to have a $100 cash deposit even tho I got the hotel online with the prepaid card. I didn't know that was a big thing now. The desk lady was rude with me about all this until she saw that I had a kid. Otherwise the room was decent it had a huge bathroom and a huge room. The cable sucks tho.

I drove from the gulf in Alabama to salt lake city UT without rest. I had booked my room on the road and was utterly exhausted. I arrived at 12:30 pm and was approached by a woman that was eating. She proceeded to eat, spitting crumbs at me as she took my debit card to examine it as tho it might have been fraudulent. After reading all of the fine print on the back of my card I explained that it's simply a debit card. She handed it back with smeared food and crumbs on it and told me that I'd have to wait a few hours for a clean room. When I returned, and attempted to show her the papers for service animal, we were refused. We were told that our animal did not qualify. What does that even mean??? We have all necessary paperwork and tags and were still refused. I book rooms at least once a week in this area and this woman alone has lost my business.
