I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. My mom was on the third floor, pulmonary rehab. All but a few were rude, inattentive, and seemed irritated when they needed to do their job. Sad that Medicare and insurance pays for the lack of care my mother received, and that she was too scared to complain fearing the care would get worse. The lack of care came from everyone.CNAS, RNS, Physician Assistant and her Care Coordinator. Upon being discharged, nothing went as planned and no one took any responsibility. I wish I could subtract stars to show how bad the facility operates. AVOID!!

Came here with my dad to have a surgery surgery over in 25 min the was really nice and my dads nurse was down right outstanding

1st I must say Dr.Lawless is a great guy and doc with out unity point's political B.S!Now 4 the bad,I’m not here to make the pharmacy money!Fentynal 100mcg,oxycodone 30mgs 4 x a day,Xanax 4 x a day,methadone,dauladid ,THC pills,suboxon.dangerous and VERY addictive.I have been prescribed this and then some for years.I qualify for medical marijuana but that’s a big NO(something that helps way more,way cheaper,0 withdraws or side effects)been smoking 30+years but would like to do it legally!Regardless I will buy on the street(only choice)what’s wrong with this picture?Pharmacy won’t be making all the $$$$$$$,political B.S.!!!!!

my wife took my 3 year old daughter with fever and pain they toll my wife she have bladder infection the have her some penicillin and send her home one day later we took to osf they toll us she don't have bladder infection she have pneumonia and bronchitis story her in oxigen she have to stay two week on intensive care unit. this is that name who give the wrong diagnose Ashley n huff .nd and wrong medicine am request my daughter record they denied they lie they toll us they Mail they didn't I make a claim to human rights

If I could give this hospital no stars I would. This is the worse place to work I know because the way the management treated my husband. He was wrongfully fired and he put in 5years of service and now our family has been struggling since October 2016.

We arrived at ER last night at 6:15pm for severe flu symptoms. We were treated with excellent service from the time we checked in until we checked out at 8:23. Services included: Dr exam, chest xrays, IV, blood test and instructions. Very appreciative for the quick service and efficient staff.

THEY SUCK!! the nurse came in over 3 times each time SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS OR PUT ON GLOVES! the nurse and doctor were both making rude comments and they should worry about patients health more than anything! we sat there for 7 hours just to get a boil busted I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO PROCTOR! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

First off I do want to say that I love Proctor,that being said my sister who was very ill and is still at the hospital had a very disturbing issue with a nurse on the 4th floor. Im not sure I should go into details but word of warning dont leave your purse or anything in your room, if you go to have a test or for any reason have to be out of your room. Three stars is due to what happened with this one nurse not the hospital as a whole.
