Horrible experience ever! Been waiting over two hours with a toddler who is running a 101.5 fever, with no nurses or anyone even trying to acknowledging his barking cough.. Could've gotten better treatment in the city of Aurora

Just passing through. Stop here for an ER visit, they were very professional, caring, efficient and friendly.
From Triag, registration, ER doctor, CT scan , radiology reading, to the discharge nurse, all by very professional people.

I waited 3 and 1/2 hours for a 15 minute procedure that was pre scheduled. One operating room that Dr's share!! One anathesiologist!! I like all my Dr's who are affiliated with IVCH. Staff and nurses are great. The wait today was very frustrating to say the least.

Over the years I have been in most of the hospitals in the area. Most are ok. If given the I choice I would take IVCH over any or all of them. IVCH has the best doctors and the best nurses available. Maybe occasionally you feel like something is not quite right but talk about it. That is your right. We need to know what we are talking about. My doctor, my nurses, my hospital..excellent. I have always been treated with great respect & expect to be in the future.

My son started to feel ill while we were camping at Starved Rock. I brought him to the ER at IVCH. They took great care of him and I was very impressed by both the doctors and the nursing staff. The camping trip wasn't so great, but my son is felling better now!
