My husband and I had chose President Tuxedo for our wedding since he had been in a wedding party that had used them before us. They are amazing at allowing you to change what you need, all I did each time was go in and asked them to. My husband was able to pick up all the groomsmen's suspenders since we changed it about a week before the wedding, had no trouble returning anything!!

We were originally going to go with Mens Wearhouse. We had an appointment at 1 but when we went the service we received was a joke. We left and went across the street to President Tuxedo, no appointment. The assistant manager Jacklyn was able to take care of everything we needed as well as give us the service we were hoping for. We had tons of questions and she was able to answer them all and show us all of our options. It was a fun experience, we should've just went here from the start.

Alfred and the rest of the staff at president tuxedo in southland mall were excellent in helping us pick out tuxedos for my wedding party. They were professional and very knowledgable about what colors would look good and what fit would work best on my groomsmen .
From the minute we walked in they were happy to help . There was an issue that arised when I picked a vest that didn't match a tie and they called me to tell me that my choice would be best suited with a different design . They are on top of their game . Great customer service and such a pleasant experience. As a bride you're already stressed enough and they definitely take the stress out of it great work guys!

My husband, his 4 groomsmen, and my father all got their rental tuxes here for our wedding and it was a very enjoyable experience! The staff members were all helpful and nice. The only thing is I wish they had a wider color selection for the vest and tie colors. Overall, I would recommend President Tuxedo!
