Its always a pleasure to deal with Ms. Ha Parrinello at this location. She is very accommodating and easy to deal with. Setting up a service appointment is a major disappointment at this location though.

Went to the used car section and as we got out to look no staff came up to us to assist us or ask if we needed any help when we finally did go inside the guy sitting at his desk just stares at us for a second as if we were aliens or something and had a really bad attitude. 👎🏾 Not a good experience.

Kudos to LaFontaine.Terrific service service from making appointment to exiting with a highly polished repaired automomobile. Mr. Dragon was a friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating CS rep.

Had 2/2 good experiences with them. Got a free oil change on the 2nd time because I took the "minor service" package the 1st time. I'll keep going to them till I continue to work in Dearborn.

Great staff at LaFontaine. I know from experience the service staff is honest and can be trusted. All the fees and service are explained up front and nothing is every pushed on you that is not needed.

We really appreciated Salesman, Dean, for his help. As a result of his help, and Coraces's help, we are now driving a car with all the bells and whistles that we NEVER enjoyed before or thought we could afford.

I have been going to LaFantaine Honda for years to receive service on my Honda cars (my 2010 Civic & now my 2016 Civic). I have always received professional serivice at a reasonable cost. I live 20 mins. (Southfield) from LaFontiane and it is always worth the drive.

Great place to give the car service, I usually go with these guys as they are trusted and the service will be on time. Friendly staff who always respect your opinion and helps you with the select of parts to be serviced. Specially Jim and ward, these are two good people that i always first speak too.

Just had an oil change very fast servicein and out in less than 30 minutes! Greatwhat I like most about LaFontaine Honda is the service department will tell you what your vehicle needs at the time you come inyou make the decision of what you want to do then..my vehicles have lasted longer because of their recommendations and service.. They took the time to thoroughly explain the car itself and the financials that went with purchasing it. Gave me a Fair price on my trade-in, too! Better selection and price than I saw in local Cleveland dealerships. Well worth the two hour drive. Love my new certified Civic!
