My, what an unpleasant experience that was! I took my vehicle in for some front end damage work on the afternoon 12/4/17 to their collision center. I’ve used them in the past and been very satisfied with their professionalism and quality work (I avoid their service department for those issues). How times have changed!
After a lengthy approval process between them and the adjuster of two days I was promised a week turnaround on 12/15/17. Not having heard from them at all I called that afternoon to see if I could pick my car up. First call I was told I had to call back in an hour to talk to somebody who knew (the alarm bells should have gone off then). After several failed attempts to gets through, including an unidentified voicemail, I finally heard that they “were waiting for a part” and it would be ready until 12/18/17. “Sorry, should have called you.”
No word by the afternoon of 12/18/17. Exact same series of calls described above. Finally they said it was being washed and would be ready by 4:30pm. I show up close to 5:00 and that is when the extent of their organizational issues became stunningly apparent.
An overwhelmed (by what is a complete mystery) employee was at the desk and started fluttering through the papers for what was obviously the very first time. He said they didn’t have the insurance check, did I? I said no, that they agreed at the outset with the adjuster to have the check sent directly to them as was always done in the past. So he made a couple calls, several to fax machines, muttering profanities the whole time. Then he announced “no check, no car.” Stunned, I pointed out they’ve had the car for 14 days, told me to come in to get it, and then discovered they didn’t have the check? “They weren’t responsible, I was.” I agreed they were irresponsible; they should have done their due diligence before me coming in for the vehicle.
I left for home without the vehicle, easily got in touch with the adjuster and immediately he resolved it with them. An hour later I went back to Cueter and under an extremely hostile and unpleasant atmosphere, paid my deductible and left with my vehicle: there’s your car, now go. No walk through with the repair. No paperwork detailing what work was done and parts used. Stunning. No wonder Sergio can’t find a buyer to unload Fiat Chrysler.
To say I am extremely disappointed would be an understatement. We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and in the first 25 days of owning the vehicle we have had to take it back to the shop to be repaired, which left our family with only 1 car for approximately 7 days. My husband had to take off work the very next day after we purchased it to take it in due to a tire issue. Here was our only request on buying a vehicle. We wanted a 'reliable' vehicle, yet we did not receive one. The sales person and finance people were very nice and professional when we purchased the vehicle, service manager has been very professional and nice. It is not the people we have an issue with it is the response we have received from the dealership. We sent a letter to Mr. Demers the dealership manager and have not received any response from him at all, not even an acknowledgement that he received the email, not a call to try to work with us on a win win solution. So.. in closing I would just go to another dealership and really research how they handle issues with vehicles purchased at their dealership. Would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone I know, not only that but where I work I talk to about 100 people a week and I have not problem telling them my experience with Cueter Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Washtenaw Ave in Ypsilanti.
This place is definitely all about helping you get a vehicle. I recently purchased a vehicle here and they where amazing. They are on there job the minute you sit down and tell them what your looking for and if for some reason they can't get you your dream vehicle the first time around, they will not stop until they put you in a vehicle you are 100% happy with. Highly recommend. Very nice people.
Today was my first time visiting Cueter dealership for an oil change. The service given by Cueter's employees (Adam & Jason) were over the top. I was being helped right away and told all the information about my car (what's needed done etc) Everything went smoothly and service provided was excellent! Definitely will go back!
I just want to say thank you so much Jim, Jennifer, & Kevin. This place is not like the traditional car dealerships. They truly care about their customers and actually work as a team to not only make sure you are happy but in something you can afford. When I am ready to buy another car (after I get out a situation I put myself in lol) I will certainly come back here even if they don't have the car I want I'll find something just because it's coming from this dealership. Please keep up the amazing work. You guys are beyond amazing!!! Def heaven sent!
This was my first time visiting Cueter Jeep and although we couldn't make a deal, I could not recommend Jim Gregor enough. He was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely personable. There was no pressure whatsoever and as a first-time lease owner, he was more than happy to go over all the costs in depth and what they apply to. Their inventory was well-stocked and they worked with you as much as possible. Unlike several other dealerships that have a "take it or leave" mindset, they truly are willing to work with your financial needs. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that was in the market for a Jeep and I would send them specifically to Jim Gregor.
This is my first Chrysler product, and I couldn't be happier so far. I received a great deal! Great overall experience and service with the dealership and Crystol Snyder who's been phenomenal! I love my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit V8. I would highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a new Jeep.
My first visit to your service dept. was incredible. Your dealership was very busy that day but I felt like I was your only customer !! Everyone I had contact with made sure I was being taken care of from the man that washed my truck after the service was completed to the general manager that also made sure my service needs were being taken care of.
I was also given a tour of all the departments at the dealership and introduced to the various dept. managers. I've purchased from other dealerships in the past but have never had such a positive, pleasant visit to a service dept. like I experienced that day. Maybe I should not of been so impressed because my purchasing experience was just as impressive with this dealership !!
Sales person was initially very interested and focused on helping me, went on a test drive and came back to see him helping another customer. He had one of his coworkers answer some questions for me and afterwards asked me to vacate his desk because I was being helped by someone else.
Original salesperson tried to help his new customer and myself, but after about 20-25 minutes of waiting for him to return with some payment estimates I just left.
Good selection on the lot, pretty ample parking, the staff definitely tried, but I don't think I'll be coming back.
-Edit: The management reached out to me and did everything they could to make it right, it didn't end up working out but the effort was well appreciated

Great customer service on the phone.
4/5/17: went in for "fresh start" first complimentary oil change. Why did they tell me that they would do light cleaning? They didn't clean anything, didn't even wipe the dash let alone vacuum like they stated when i called to make the appointment. The people are friendly enough. I would have been fine with just the oil change, vs being told to expect something that they didn't even bother to provide. Promise less and deliver more, vs the other way around. Disapointing.
Very friendly and straightforward salespeople. Clearly explained the leasing options. Worked with me to get all available discounts and even provided the extra yearly mileage I need at no extra cost. Arrived at 930am, test drove, and was leaving with new Wrangler by 1130am!
I just leased my second vehicle through Cueter and it is always a pleasant experience. Jim is a great salesman and a very friendly person. I tell him what I'm looking for and what I'm looking to pay and he makes the whole process easy and straightforward. No dangling cars out of my price range in front of me. No trying to sell me unnecessary equipment. Jim is a great guy and I highly recommend him and Cueter Chrysler.
It's super easy to write this very POSITIVE review. We set up an appointment with Richard Martinez to discuss general leasing numbers and sit in a vehicle. Due to the efficiency of both Richard and the sales manager Steve, we were able to drive away with a new vehicle that very afternoon. Cueter is obviously very well managed; not only was the paperwork all processed immediately, but the overall tone of the dealership was respectful. EXCELLENT customer service! A+
