Very nice beach hotel. Few steps to beach, good service, very nice new rooms.

The Beach Plaza is closed and the Premiere Hotel bought them out and removated! You might want to review and review posted prior to the new ownership of approximately a year and a half. This is now a family owned establishment that will bend over backwards to please their guests. I hope Google updates this. I will post pictures of stay of a week as it progresses to show the new digs
My niece is actually having a beach wedding with the reception here! They have all new beds, all new linens (all white) new kitchens, new bathrooms, new office, exterior, railings and balcony. They have no bed bugs or roaches (extensive fumagation when they acquired) I cannot say enough good things. If you haven't seen the place in a while you should. Their first hotel on Belmar Street has always had great reviews and they are striving for perfection. I have been staying in the Farber hotels for 10 plus years when I come to Fort Lauderdale.response / report this review -

First stay.. well not like pictures. but for the price its goodbeach is right across the street..excellent.. Second with the kids received much better room with space i would stay again and I will next week the hotel is clearly old and for laying your head down for the night works perfectly for me!!! others who disagree than stop being cheap and go to the ritz Carlton its right down the street.

Our 4th of July was great. Even better with this stay at your hotel. Kids enjoyed pool and free breakfast. Room was clean, bed comfortable. THANKS management for letting us BBQ by the pool, will be back :)
