Rude manager Jo Jean Allen and she was not customer service and would not even want to help me in any way to research a room , tried to inquire on paying with Applepay which is legal and authentic with banks and she would not even take cash with any resolution to my situation. I’m from Los Angeles and traveling on business but when I was asking questions she stated I was waisting her time and hung up on me. Customer service is horrible and recommend no one to stay there. Horrible experience and for being my first time on Florida.. ugly attitude and bad attitude

The guy in the morning at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. He made checking in a great experience. The hallways smelled fresh and clean. The room was a nice size clean and we slept like a baby.

Live across the street but during hurricane Irma we had lost electricity for 8 days The staff was kind, friendly, attentive to all our needs welcomed My dog to also stay. My husband and I still had to go to work, they provided an awesome hot breakfast. Beautiful staff, cold a/c, cold refrigerator all around wonderful. Highly recommended. 10 stars! Community!!!!!!

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend and it was the one of the best stays we've ever had! This place is extremely cleanand I'm usually a pretty picky person. The staff is excellent and the breakfast in the morning was great! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Ft. Lauderdale.

Frankie says: I usually enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express but this location was terrible. The bed was perfect. That is where the 2 stars were earned. There were some real bad examples of hospitality servants here. Errin and her partner at the front desk were sloppy and phoney. They were the worst hosts I ever encountered. The cleaning servants were slamming doors and their carts deliberately to annoy the guests. We paid twice the rate here because we wanted a peaceful safe stay. The comfort inn down the block was half price and I will try them before ever coming back here. AVOID!

Wonderful staff especially the housekeepers. It was always clean even the pubic restrooms. My daughter said the breakfast was fantastic. My aunt said for that to be her first hotel experience, it was awsome. Keep it up great job.👏👏😆

I went there this march. Hotel was close to place of work.
There is not much to see in Fort Lauderdale, so the sorroundings were mostly empty spaces and government offices.
Staff was friendly and eager to help. Didnt have any trouble there.
Room was perfect. Very well maintained. It has all needed items: fridge, safety box, iron board, blower.
They just need to improve a little bit the breakfast, everyday is the same menu.

I would recommend this hotel for your stay.

Absolutely incompetent, inadequate customer service provided at this location, checked in late after a long 12 hour drive immediately noticed water leaking from ceiling alerted staff no attempt to resolve issue till 20 hours later, finally got moved to a new room.
Totally unacceptable.

Close to Funky Buddha brewery. Nice room that fit our needs, not many great places to eat in the area, ice only on the first and 3rd floor. But I'll stay there again next time I visit Funky Buddha

Stayed here on business. Room was clean and a/c worked well. Staff were friendly, particularly morning breakfast staff who actually made a table visit to say good morning. Did not use pool or fitness center but passed by someone on elliptical machine so would appear fine. Only real inconvenience was TV reception. For the limited time in room, most TV channels displayed very pixely.

Clean, neat, good for a brief stay, though I would suggest not having a room near the elevators as they are loud at night. Staff friendly and helpful. Close parking. Good access to interstate and other parts of the city.
