Was working with Kyle Roesch, over an email and phone. Was planing to come and purchase one of their vehicle, 500 miles away, made arrangements with the office to have availability. 6 hours after we planned to meet, he notifies me that another sales rep sold the vehicle.

This is unacceptable for the dealership of this prestige. I️ recommend doing business elsewhere, where accountability is present.

He took time with us to make sure we understood the differences between models and carefully walked me through all the vehicle's features after our purchase. I had a wonderful experience working with Jason Marusic at Porsche of Beachwood. He was easy to work with and was very patient while I was a somewhat indecisive customer. The staff are very professional and the sales associate, Rick Balas, that dealt with my purchase went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the process and happily answered my multitude of questions promptly. My finance and I purchased a vehicle back in May. During the process with the finance gentleman, we had stated that we would like for the sales tax of the vehicle to be included in the loan weamount. Moving forward thinking this was done, not finding out that this was not the case until we went to get the registration done and was told we needed to pay $780. Needless to say, the vehicle just sits until the $780 can be payed. Had I of known that I would be responsible to pay that , I would have never of moved forward with the sale. VERY UNHAPPY!

I bought a 2014 Cayenne, Platinum Edition, and Steve Youhana was my salesman. He was very attentive to my needs and patient as I explained my various concerns with giving up my current SUV. We narrowed down the car to 2 options, but one was not at the dealership. I came back the next day and test drove the car, then Steve mentioned that the Platinum Edition was back. I fell in love with the Platinum Edition, and bought it. Working with Steve was such a pleasure. He is so pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Steve and Porsche Beachwood.

I could not have had a better new car purchase experience! My sales person Tiffany Hansen is truly a “Brand Ambassador” for Porsche and for your dealership. I have purchased and/or lease 10 high end vehicles from Porsche, Tesla and BMW in the past 8 years and I can truly state that no sales person has been more thoughtful, responsive and easy to deal with than Tiffany. She began our relationship on the right foot by call me within one minute of me sending inquiry to your dealership. She understood our needs and knew from the start everything would have to be done telephonically or by email. Nonetheless she made the entire experience seem like I was in the dealership looking at the vehicle or going over the paperwork in person. There was no hard sell and her concern was getting a good deal done for us that met our needs. I even liked the extra touch of her sending me a personal video. She has been in constant contact with me throughout the process even calling me this morning within 30 minutes of the car’s arrival to make sure everything was to our liking. All of her promises were kept and her attention to detail is superb.

Our new Cayenne S was delivered to Minnesota in prefect condition by direct shipment from the dealership. Quite simply there is no reason to feel you need to buy from a local dealer when you can shop at Porsche of Beachwood.

My Cayenne that I purchased from Porsche of Beachwood was delivered today. I was pleasantly surprised how new it looked for a 2014. The car was even better than I imaged and was described by my sales rep Tiffany to the T. From the beginning of my search until my car arrived at my front door was a seamless process. Tiffany was very thorough and very professional during the entire process. Her knowledge of her product was very impressive. I've purchased many cars throughout my life and this had to be one of the best experiences I've had. Tiffany was very patient and understanding even when I know I was being indecisive. I would definitely recommend Porsche of Beachwood (especially Tiffany) to any family member or friend that was in the market for a new car. Accolades to her and the company she represents!!
