Great for a Summer day swim or camping. All Summer there are music festivals nearly every weekend. It can make for a great time, as long as you play it safe.
Please no glass bottles in the park.

Life changing experiences have happened here. Very beautiful place that I love to spend the weekend at again and again. From music to camping to kayaking, it's a place to be loved.

Great space to get in touch with nature. Camping is PRIMITIVE! Camp sites have a fire ring only nothing else. If it is rainy many sites will be mud pits. Onsite wood is a good price but bad quality. EXCELLENT music venue.

Talking about some hidden places in Ohio man!! If you bring small kids please be very careful , some kid got airlifted because decided to jump some rocks. adrenaline junkies this is the place to be. the best way to do it without not to many people, do it very early in the morning . Safety aways first , bring safety gloves , bring water and some light gear . if you decided to do some hike in the woods!! They have a water park , not that bad!! And always respect other climbers!! I would not recommend for small kids this place can be treacherous!!

The weekend we spent here was one of the most magical weekends in my life! Everyone we saw was very welcoming and friendly, we ran into some old friends and the music was great! I can't wait to take my kids up as a family and just spend some quality time outdoors!!

This review is extremely late but went to the Willie and Old crow medicine show a few years ago.
Paid 200 dollars per ticket with camping included. Upon arrival was told to go around the corner to park and was promptly charged 30 bucks to park in a field and them camp behind my car at a praking spot.
Greedy owners attempting to maximize profits have made this venue less than desirable.
For the prices they charge take some extra time and travel to a better venue.
Rude staff also makes this venue challenging to get into.

Nelson Ledges has everything. Great camping areas in the forest, cliffs, swimming, music, friendly people, great food. I come here a couple times a year for festivals and I look forward towards those weeks all year long. Some of my best memories are at this place. Nothing but wonderful times and wonderful people.

EVERYTHING about this place is perfect.
The staff has really gone out of their way to be kind and caring to my daughter and I on more than one occasion.
During the week it's pretty empty and peaceful. A great time to camp with little ones and enjoy the beauty of the quarry.
Weekends are a blast! Great people, fun times and more of a party atmosphere.
NLQP is great enough to visit any time of year. It's utterly gorgeous in the snow.
They have tons of events all summer long.
Go check it out!
Nelson Ledges feels like home, you'll never want to leave.

Simply indescribable but I'll try my best. Nelson Ledges is a great place to camp and get a break from everyday life during the off season. Festival season is amazing and if you haven't been to a festival you absolutely have to go! Great people and great views all around.
They have endless amenities and if you've ever felt like jumping off of a cliff this is a favorite spot of many Ohioans for cliff diving! The water is beautiful and there is a lifegaurded sandy beach sure to melt all of your stress away so stop wasting time and go check this place out!
