Avoid this planned parenthood at all cost spend a little more if you have to somewhere else because this place is AWFUL. Rude staff. Awful service. Unhelpful and overall one of the worst places I've ever been to period. Just wanted another prescription and I was made to jump through hopes after they cancelled my appointment because of the hurricane and told me to come as a walk in and sure enough they turned me down because they were "swamped" with 3 people in the waiting room. What's a joke.

Very rude. I called to ask questions and the lady was rude I asked for a manager and was placed through to another line to press 1 for a different option needless to say I was passed around and got no help.

Went as support for someone getting a procedure done. Upon arrival I was informed I was unable to a company them back. Which wasn't what was said over the phone nor in the packet of information given. If that was the case they shouldn't give false information over the phone or in the packet.

Literally just called to book and appointment and the lady was so unprofessional. Even when I thanked her at the end she had already hangup on me without confirming or asking if I had any other questions. I immediately cancelled my appointment. I don't even want to bother with face to face communication. Good luck.

I've been going to this location since I was 16 years old and they have been nothing but wonderful and helpful and supportive. They're the reason that nearly a decade later I still go to Planned Parenthood and advocate for them, these women helped me tremendously.

I just recently got an abortion this past weekend, and now I'm in the hospital because I almost died!! These people should be stopped. After my procedure they didn't even give me a second ultrasound to see whether there was some tissue left. Told me to take ibprophen and get a heating pad and I'll be fine. Three days later I was passing huge blood clots, soaking up 2 pads within an hour, and i was in excruciating pain, that's when I knew something was terribly wrong. I lost my job because I wasn't able to get out of my bed. This morning I decided to go to the ER and lo and behold, they told me that i would need a blood transfusion, and D&C procedure. Unfortunately, I had to get another surgery done just to live. Basically they didn't remove everything! I paid out of pocket nearly 400 dollars for a half-assed job that nearly killed me because of carelessness! I urge every woman to go to the hospital and get checked out afterwards, or pick another place to get your procedure done.
