Excellent service department bradley.. my service advisor was great he explained all work that needed performed and was honest . Also brought my ford in to get a taillight looked at and they fixed it fast. It was l.e.d.. i been coming here for a year. Thanks christian my mechanic good job.

Very clean, you felt welcome, everyone was friendly, once I got the car a Salesman show me how to operate my car for almost 45 minutes they are very professional I will give them 5 stars and more. Thanks Luke and Ralph at East Nissan. And I love my CAR.

Just leased a Rogue from Pittsburgh East Nissan and we were so pleased with our experience. It was the fastest I've ever gotten out of a dealership with a new car - they worked very quickly and efficiently. Our salesman, Ryan, worked with us to get us a model within our budget. And everyone at the dealership was very friendly, and honest with us. Overall, it was a really great experience. We will definitely go back for our next new car!

Purchased a new car there today and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Luke and Ralph went above and beyond my expectations. If you think you can't get financed please don't go to a jd byrider or a car hop. Give these guys a try. They work their butts off to get you in a new vehicle not some overpriced clunker. I cannot say enough good about these guys.

I took my car there last week after I discover that the same tire I had plugged just a few days earlier at NTB was flat again. It was discovered that there was another screw in the tread and a nail in the sidewall. In the same tire! Chris was 100 percent honest with me and explained that the tire would need replaced since the nail was in the sidewall. He told me that the rest of the tires will be fine through Fall, which I already knew. He thoroughly explained all of my options to me with pricing up front. I decided to go with a buy 3 get 1 for $1 sale that they had going on. I didn't need the new tires right this moment but in the long run it saved me time and a couple hundred dollars. Every experience I've had at Pittsburgh East Nissan has been a good one. I've never felt pressured or "sold" to. I appreciate that.
