Stayed for 2 weeks. Service was excellent! Wi-fi was in & out, but they fixed it immediately. Hopefully they will upgrade the chairs in the conference rooms soon. Other than that wonderful & beautiful hotel! Close to lots of amenities & Mill Ave. They have the best breakfast bacon around!!

We went to top of the rock. Good food and beer selection. Good view of the city. The biggest problem is parking. They make you park a 1/4 mile away on the opposite side of the property down a hill. Then you get to walk up the hill past about 50 open parking spots they reserved for valet. Then walk up 2 flights of stairs. Well, at least I worked up an appetite.

Everything was perfect. Cheryl at the front desk was awesome, she got us checked in quick, answered all of questions and got us in a great room. Dan in the bar in the lobby also gets 5 stars. Great service all the way around.

Stayed here for the weekend while we were in town for a funeral. Lobby is beautiful and had an indoor waterfall that's very peaceful. Staff have been very professional and helpful. The pool area is beautiful and we spent several hours unwinding there. The pool itself could be cleaner. I was disappointed that the beds were full sized, not queen. It was rather "cozy".

I love this place. They are doing a bit of remodeling to the pool area, which is needed, but we were still able to enjoy all of the amenities. The pools are huge with poolside bar service. The restaurants are excellent and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Want to use the water slide? Just ask the staff and they will open it for you. Went for a walk? Staff will offer you a cold bottle of water when you return. We spent most of our free time in the pool. I would definitely stay here again!

This review is for the appearance and friendliness if the hotel employees, and primarily the Top of the Rock restaurant.

The hotel itself is classy, with lovely carpeting and apparently an excellent cleaning crew. I frequently see a high influx of visitors there, which is a great sign. Upon visiting, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and were able to answer most of the questions I had.

The Top of the Rock restaurant is Interesting. I've been to this restaurant 3 times- once many years ago, which turned out terrible. Once 3 months ago, which was also not that great. Finally, I visited on the Fourth of July, and was met with an incredible meal from their new chefs. Their menu morphed a little from 3 months before, with some menu items that I had ordered last time (a bread soup and a side) having disappeared. When I tried them, they were awful, so I'm very happy they're gone.

This time, I enjoyed the view of multiple fireworks shows from a perch above the cityscape. I had an incredible meal, with a beautiful dessert at the end that had a wonderful balance.

So, prospective visitor: it is excellent. If you visited once prior, I urge you to try it again. They have vastly improved and it is wonderful to have such a classy experience so close by.

Nice meeting spaces. Mostly helpful staff. Unique setting in some big hills/mountains. Pool is very pretty with a few water features. Lots of space to just relax.

The hotel is very nice. There are 2 medium sized pools. Hotel is built into the side of little stone features which adds a lot of character. Rooms are slightly outdated for the price. Staff is very nice, breakfast is nice, is a good spot for a relaxing weekend where you can sit by the pool. Kid friendly, has a water slide which is fun.

The resort is amazing and the staff is super friendly but it was a very disappointing stay. Restaurant was always full so they suggested we get room service. They also cater to sports teams so we had hallway parties all day and night thanks to the teenage soccer teams and the baseball teams that were on our floor.
Spent 3 nights, finally got to clean our room at 6pm one night and 7:30pm on Sunday might. When I complained they simply said they were busy. Won't be staying here ever again.

Came to a wedding. The staircase downstairs was busy with the bride maids posing for pictures. So i found my way to the elevator to get downstairs to where the wedding reception was being held. It was nice and roomy. Bathroom was clean and enjoyed the cash bar. Sad that they ran out of wine. Valet was very nice and a sweetheart, when i left something in the car, he went and got it out for me. And when i needed to leave he was very courteous and urgent.
