Recently my Dad and I traveled two hours from Cleveland to purchase a used 2008 Mustang from the VW Dealership which is part of Ed Schmidt's Perrysburg Auto-Mall.

We are happy to report that we had a very positive experience not only with the Dealership, but with our Sales Consultant Brandon Vogelsong.

Brandon was friendly and easy to work with. We were allowed to not only take the car for an extensive test drive, but have it comprehensively inspected by the local Ford Dealership nearby. Needless to say the car successfully passed.

The price negotiation for the car took place via text messaging as we were located in Cleveland. Brandon successfully worked out a very fair deal for us even while he was away from the Dealership for several days.

We are happy with our purchase and would recommend the Perrysburg Auto-Mall.

The experience of purchasing a car the way it should be. Ryan is a wonderful salesman--professional, informed, and helpful from our first phone contact with him through our final purchase. Ryan answered all of our questions with no pressure to purchase, he was all accommodation and information without the stress new car purchase decisions can bring. Ryan was a pleasure to work with and represents his dealership well, this young man is top-notch. We can't leave out Mo, the finance manager. All that paperwork and he handles it like an old pro. Yet another young man doing this dealership proud. If you want a finance manager that is genuine, personable, professional and has the most beautiful handwriting you've ever seen, stop in and see Mo. Mo, we hope you achieve Master Penman status! Jennifer is seated at the information desk and she is a VNP (Very Nice Person), who is not only cheerful and helpful, but also makes great Christmas movie selections playing on the lobby big screen. Call and you will get Jennifer's cheery voice on the phone. What a great first impression Jennifer gives this dealership! My husband and I would give this team 10 stars if we could. Go there. Brandon made our purchase of a used vehicle a pleasant and stress-free experience. He was friendly, courteous and very helpful with information and answers to our questions. If he didn't have an answer he offered to look it up to make sure we had the information we needed to make a decision. He made the process easy to test drive and compare two different vehicles. Getting a deal worked out and finalizing the purchase was also seamless.

Cannot say enough about this dealership, they are AMAZING!!! We were stranded in Maumee, going from Boston back home to Wisconsin, with our 2015 Yukon Denali. Tom and his awesome crew went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong. After a day of testing and driving they figured out the problem and we were back on the road later that night. We had two adult children with us as well and the dealership did everything to keep us happy. We will never forget where and who we we were with watching the eclipse of 2017. I traded in my car and purchased my second Volkswagen from Ed Schmidt this past week. Whenever anyone in my family is looking for a vehicle, the first person we call is Matt Cunningham. Matt has been more than helpful no matter the make or model of car we are looking for and has gone above and beyond as far as the timeline is concerned. On both occasions he was able to find the car I wanted during the week of Christmas and had it delivered before the holiday. He and Candy worked hard in the lot and in the office to make sure everything was squared away quickly to get us home to our family for the holiday. Matt and Candy are great at their job and down to earth. I have no hesitation recommending this team if you are looking for a new or used car.
