Service was okay and the tacos too. We ordered micheladas and they’re not good here. Also the orchata was good too bad they dont give refills and every other place do refills in non alcoholic drinks
Horrible!
Food under cooked, overpriced, service is just ok, cheap ingredients, Horrible! it could be good for those leaving the club drunk late at night and need to put something in their stomach to ease up the hangover the next day.
Don't go if you expect good quality food.
The food was good, place is clean, can’t complain here. But BEWARE of double tipping. They add 18% to the check and then give you a slip to sign with extra space for a tip.
The portion sizes were large and the burritos were good and very filling. From reading previous reviews, we were hesitant to go but ended up having no problems. I could potentially see why others had bad experiences, maybe we just got lucky? That being said, we had no issues with the food and our server was nice.
The reason I am giving this place four stars is due to the atmosphere - the music is SO LOUD you can barely hear the person beside you. We decided to move to the patio where it was a bit better, but just something to be mindful of.
Good food. Cheap prices.
Don't like the fact that I have to asked for a key
To use the restrooms.
Otherwise is GOOD
food is ok but very pricey. fyi it's not authentic Mexican. also don't want to mention about music :-(
been going to this place for last 4 years couple of times a week out of convenience. use to love the food, staff & atmosphere. last 1 year there was constant change of staff members. Good people stay in the good place! Management is HORRIBLE. Noone treats customers that way, no wonder you have an empty restaurant lately. Food is decent but atmosphere is not right anymore. So many places around in this area to spend money at and to be treated with respect. Management sucks! Would not recommend this place.
I arrived at Peppers exactly at 5:25 am. The sign and the website state they close at 6am. However one of the waitresses gave me the cut throat signal indicating they were closed. I was completely devastated, this was my first visit and will most likely be my last. If you'd like to close the establishment earlier then what's indicated please change your hours of operation! Update: after 15 minutes of trying to locate another decent place to eat. I noticed the front door was mysteriously open now. I was upset and went in and found the waitresses (Maria) that just denied my entrance and asked her why did she state they were closed but now open. She implied that the owner told her to close the doors then decided 15 minutes before closing to open up again. I was confused I tried to place an order but the online menu was different from the menu they had in the restaurant. Needless to say two strikes they're out! I'm going to Cafe Del Mar to eat
Great food, great customer service!! Lily(OUR Bartender was GREAT) & WE MET GONZALO THE DAY BEFORE WE LEFT AND HE TOOK GREAT CARE OF US!! AWESOME ALL AROUND PLACE!!
Food was okay and service as in most of this area really slow and unattentive! The hours being open till 6am is great for the area.
Horrible service. Poor quality food. Go to Taco Bell
The food was ok. The credit card machine went down so we had to go to the atm. The mango margarita was too sweet. Our server was nice and attentive though.
People were nice. Place was clean. Food was good. I personally don't like Mexican food but this was tasty and hit the spot. Sober I will mention as well.
The setting is fast casual. It looks now they're trying to turn it into a sit down place with servers. I ordered a burrito to go and waited at the bar in front of the food prep line. I saw one of the food workers pick up a piece of food off the prep counter, take a bite, then put it back down on the prep counter. Not in a dish or with paper underneath. On the counter next to other food he was preparing for customers.
I told the hostess/waitresses standing there, they seemed totally unphased and didn't seem to understand or care. I work in customer service and didn't want to yell or make a scene (we've all dealt with difficult customers), so I politely asked them to cancel my order. I also mentioned that this was a serious health code violation and pretty ridiculous. The waitstaff was completely dismissive, unapologetic, and basically just said "ok bye."
I had been to Peppers a few times in the past prior to this situation. Will never go back.
