Service was great. Still using the physical keys to get access to the rooms. The room was nice and had a decent sized kitchenette. 10 to 15 min ride to south beach.

The only reason I am giving this place a star is because the employees are super nice and the pool area is really nice too, everything else was awful. If you like really clean rooms and halls this place isn’t for you. If you can stand fingernail clippings on your rug and hair in the shower and if you can handle the hallways not being vacuumed (what it looks like for months) and finally if things are broken in the room (like the stove or the nob in the shower coming completely off during your shower) this place is for you. I will never eat there again not only overprice but disgusting food. I ordered the nachos, literally chips with shredded cheese thrown on the top of it and thrown in the microwave. The pulled pork sandwich was soggy and the fries where soggy. If these are things you can tolerate, this hotel is for you.

The new management of this place sucks. My family has owned a room there for about 5-6 years now and we’ve never had problems until now. I went Friday to spend the weekend and left right away on Saturday. They made me pay 30$ for parking that we shouldn’t have to pay for since we own the room. The girl who was at the front desk at the time her name was Leah was by far the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life and that’s saying a lot considering I work in customer service as well and I’ve dealt with some rude people. When I asked her why haven’t we been told about these new changes her answer in a very condescending tone was “you should attend meetings,” she didn’t want to tell me her name when I asked her for it, wouldn’t let me speak because she would just speak over me. And don’t get me started on the restaurant that was another disaster. In all honesty I’m very disappointed to how low the standards of this establishment has falling.

The worst hotel you can get! It smells horrible! The whole time I was sooo nauseous from it I couldn't be there for longer amount of time. The valet people damaged my car and didn't want to take responsibility for it. The place looks NOTHING like pictures. It's old, smells really bad and employees are the most unprofessional people I have ever met in life. People please don't come here!!! It's REALLY bad.

Rude people. Non qualifier people working there, I'm not advising nobody to spend money at that sheet hotel everything is bad service, room , bar, elevators people, worker , it was a bad choice and experience at that damn hotel I never Ever back there

View was great but elevators weren't working properly and the 1 that was working could take up to 30 minutes to get you if you had luggage. Old musty smell in hallways and bathrooms. Restaurant was good though

It smells great. A cute size room. The restroom is A little small but there's a lot of things they give you complimentary like chairs for the beach an umbrella towels.

May be the worst hotel I've stayed at. They had renovated the rooms, but it looks as though the work wasn't done properly. Our shower leaked, the sink did not drain and anything connected to the wall was loose. Also there was construction next door to our room that did not end until almost 7:00pm. The only reason I gave this 2 stars was that the staff were nice. I would NOT recommend staying here no matter what the price may be. Also make sure you know about the $10 "Resort Fee"

This hotel was terrible! It was updated but done cheaply so things were broken already. They were working on the room next to us till 630 and it was very loud. There were no signs about them renovating so we had no idea what was going on. We were woken up in the middle of the night with people screaming and doors slamming. There was a resort fee each night and I would never call this hotel a resort. I would not recommend this place.

I liked the fact that the beach was walking distance. But if you have kids do not get this hotel, their beds have this wood headboard and my kids were always bumping their heads on the edge of the headboard. The windows open very easily and if your kids manage to open it and lean forward to see they can fall. The AC will make this huge noise every time it turns off. The staff doesn't explain you that if you go to the beach to ask for a key to get back in the gate. There weren't enough pillows to cover that dangerous headboard that left my 2yr old with a huge bruise on her forehead. Next time I rather pay more! And yes they take forever to bring your car 😒

Pretty good hotel. It was a good deal flr the price. Some of the towels were dirty in our room and they wouldn't let us check in early. Housekeeping was at our door 20 minutes before check out. We said we weren't quite leaving yet. They just stood outside our door and knocked again every 5 or so minutes until we left.

You HAVE TO utilize their valet which is 25 bucks a day. It takes them 30 min to bring you your vehicle And they crashed our rental car! The pictures of the rooms online are touched up or old. They still use keys for their locks and all of the doors look as though they've been kicked in. The elevator is also slow and half of them don't work. There is a man at the front desk who you can tell is a hard worker and was very nice though. They also have a lovely pool area And a very convenient path to the beach. If they lost that valet company, I would have enjoy our stay much more. Hire ppl who don't have their hand out expecting a tip when they bring you your ride smashed up and make you late to your reservations.
