Horrible customer service, requirement of exact change cause they donut carry a single penny to make change, room not clean (laid on the bed right next to a bra from previous customer), overpriced room and food ($76 For 4 sandwiches and 4 beers), complimentary breakfast was a joke, biggest problem was the exaggerated ability to shuttle to the ports. That was the main reason most people stayed here but they only have one guy driving 1 van with hundreds of people who need to get to the port by a certain time. They don't allow anybody to reserve a ride until they get there and they were completely booked before we could even have an opportunity to reach the hotel. We booked a room with 2 queen beds, and the beds were barely the size of a full bed. My family literally thought we were being "punked" and felt it was the start to a Henderson's family vacation movie. It was so stressful,I can't even explain it fully. Never stay here.

Gabriel upgraded us when our room didn't have a refrigerator for our medicine. The staff here is so helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and we will definitely stay here again
Just don't order out from Franco's. My blind Husband accidentally gave George (take out delivery guy) all of our cruise cash instead of the $18 plus tip food amount. Called Franco' s but George denied he received such a significant amount of money. Hope he can live with himself.response / report this review -

Well, where to begin?! Upon entering hall to room the floor was littered with pieces of lint and other debris. Entering the room, we quickly noticed it was warm and stuffy. Tried to turn up air conditioning, but found it was only blowing warm air. Called desk to report it and was told to turn unit off for awhile then turn back on. That did nothing! The only thing that helped was that the night was cool so the room eventually cooled down. Added to the ac issue was the grey layer of dust on baseboards and the overall wear and tear in the bathroom. Rust on metal door frames and water damage and rot outside of tub! It needed to be all rehabed! Also, the window looked like it hadn't been washed in years!We will NOT be staying in any Red Roof Inn again. Does not rate even one star!!

Well better than living under a bridge? Bugs crawling out of the old furniture? Not fresh and clean. Bring your own cleaning supplies. Right next to the airport, every time a airplane take off you will feel like you are on it.

Not very clean rooms. Mine had very tiny ants everywhere in the bathroom area!
The bed is comfy and the room is kind of big, but the distribution is a bit strange: the sink is outside, which I guess is handy if you share the room.
The breakfast is very sugary: muffins, bagels and cereals all in individual bags/packages, plus cream cheese/jam in small packs. Also milk and fruit-flavoured sugary juice. No fruit or any natural product, all industrial and in plastic.
The system was down on my arrival, so I could not check in until an indefinite time (I came back 4 hours later and it was back).response / report this review -

The rooms are clean, the AC works and the curtains block out most of the daylight.
But this hotel needs some work.
For starters, there is little no sound proofing in the walls. From the next room, I can better hear the conversation that two people are having, with one person in the shower and the person who isn’t in the shower. How do I know? Because the person outside the shower asked the person in the shower to speak up. I nearly did the translating from my room.
And it’s not just next door. When it’s quiet, I can here the baby crying from several doors down the hallway.
I was put in one of their ADA rooms. Which means that there isn’t any carpeting. Which also means for the last several nights I feel like I’ve been sleeping in an echo chamber. They seriously need some more things on the walls in this room - and the hall way. It’s also an echo chamber.
And what is it with restaurants slipping their menus under the doorways? I’m getting 5 a day. Seems tacky at best. But it also shows the amount of space under each door.
And speaking of sound: the ACs clicking on and off is the loudest ACs I’ve ever heard! It’s incredible in this echo chamber anyway.
I can’t really blame them for where the runway is, but since the planes fly right over the hotel on takeoff well, it just adds to the noise.
Lastly, they have a rather simple continental breakfast in the lobby from 6:39 to 9:30 7 days a week. Just because it’s the weekend, don’t think you can stroll in at 9:40 and get some juice, the shut off the machine.
Not a bad hotel, all things considered - if you bring noise canceling earphones.response / report this review -

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. My sheets had brown dirt on them. I woke up next to a cockroach. The shower had big black hairs on the bottom. Mold was growing out of sink fossit. I would never return. Only good part was the receptionist woman who got me a room ASAP and had great customer service.

Great experience!! Room was clean no smells not noisey or loud. Staff was helpful and polite check in time is 3pm but my flight came early i was able to check in at 12pm. Room service and deliveries close by also has free shuttle to and from airport. Will come back.

Great stay! Roger at the counter was very patient and nice and gave me directions as to where I needed to find ice. Check in process was smooth. I slept good. Overall everyone was nice and made us feel welcome. Thank you and I will be visiting again soon Oh almost forgot our room was clean

This motel RICHLY deserves its two stairs. Found hair scrunchy from who knows how many guests ago in the bathroom where you don't get bath towels, just a couple of hand towels. Light bulbs missing from lamps, outlet doesn't work. There are cracks in the plastered ceiling but at least the air conditioner works. It rattles loudly all night unless you beat the cover into submission with your fist. Want room service? Shortly after midnight advertisements are slipped under your door. All the character of Tijuana without the travel.
Hey, you can upgrade to a VIP room with a larger TV, snacks and actual bathroom amenities for a few more bucks (maybe that means towels and an extra roll of TP). The flyer didn't say if you actually get a quiet A/C unit, bath towels or the bathroom is cleaned.response / report this review -

Very reasonably Priced. Flight back home so Wife and I had to stay here a night and it wasn't bad at all. Free Airport-Hotel Shuttle! Two Thumbs up!!

If your looking for a cheap hotel than this is a good hotel. However, if you are looking for a good hotel then you should not book this hotel. The floors were always moist for some odd reason. There were always flies even around the free breakfast they provided. The hotel smelled musty and the our room was not properly cleaned.

Booked the snooze and cruise package.
We got to the room and it was musty. We decided to turn the air on to see of that would ease the stench. The AC didn't even work and it only blew out dust. The staff was nice and courteous when we asked for a new room. The new room was much better and the AC worked perfectly! I was ready to jump in the shower after a five hour drive and noticed I wasn't alone. A huge roach waited for me in the shower🤢
