The owner doesn’t care to much about her customers . Did what I was told sign in , for a pick up. Waited 45 minutes then some idiot walks in and grabs his suit and cuts everyone . Owner was handling this customer , and had nothing to say like it was normal. I asked her to take my ticket after , she then dumps off on her employee and had nothing but smart remarks . “We have over 400 rentals a week sorry” like If I care ! Wasted an hour of my time when it could of been 15 minutes .
Never going back ! An hour to get fitted and an hour for pick up .
Meanwhile the owner parks her pretty red ferrari outside and doesn’t care enough to apologize .
Never coming back after 15 years of rentals and referrals .
Showed up 1week prior a wedding i was attending to have everyrhing measured to avoid hiccups. 24 hrs before the wedding i was attending show up to pick up my tux and everything is mixed up. Pants dont fit and want to up charge me for their mistake. 2nd they up charge me for the shoes which was already in the price. At the end of this ordeal they know they got you by the balls cause whatever they want to upcharge you have to take it. So at the end i overpayed 60 dollars cause they blame me incredible. I suggest if you do business here come 2 weeks prior and keep coming back to avoid getting ripped off!! Wait just found out the shoes chosen are 10 dollars more lol seriously avoid this place!!!! Please run away from here.
I mean, where else can you go to get a tux? Kinda have to pay these high prices for a tux rental. $240 bucks for a one day rental. I went to Men's Warehouse and got a tuxedo suits for $180 and I kept them. unless your groom is a stickler for the style, buy your own, it costs way less, just rent the accessories and shirt.
Got me a very nice fitted tux for a Black Tie event at a reasonable price. The service was 1st-class. Anthony and others offered excellent service. Tux, shirt, buttons, etc were of good quality. 2 thumbs up for Mr. Tux.
Horrible experience. Tried purposely to overcharge me. Take pictures of your clothes. Not a business to be trusted.
We were in town from Tampa for our wedding in Miami. We had initially looked at this place and liked it but after shopping around missed our chance to go back. We had settled on a local place near us in Tampa and was told Mr. Tux could help us out in an emergency. Turns out the owners are friends but it wasn't communicated properly about said agreement. Anyhow, Joe was able to help us get fitted shirts at the last minute as the ones we got from Tampa were super baggy on all the guys. We were seen and helped immediately and the entire staff at this store was extremely helpful. Everything worked out perfectly in the end and we are forever grateful for Mr. Tux. If you are local or not and need a tux in Miami use these guys!!
Wait time is awful. Take yourself somewhere more professional
I had a great experience. staff was fast & offered great advise.
I don't know where to start My wedding was in July and I made the grand mistake of renting from this Mr. Tux for my husband and his groomsmen. First of all, they will advertise one price and then tell you another one at the register. There is such a lack of communication between the staff that when I called to confirm the color, they couldn't even find my order for like an hour, and when they finally found the little paper, they couldn't read the color or size. As the date approached, my guys went to pick up their suits independently and apparently Mr. Tux wasn't keeping track because I got a call the day before my wedding telling me my fiancee had not picked his suit up. My boyfriend told me he picked up his suit and I was foolish enough to have an ounce of faith in his company, assuming they would not mess up anymore! On our wedding day, My husband showed up with a suit of a different color (same as groomsmen- his was supposed to be darker), the wrong pattern on the tie and the pants were like falling off (He looked hot regardless though!). I don't know if I was more thrilled to take off his clothes later on because it was our wedding night, or because he was wearing a product of the most ridiculous company ever.
