Very clean and great location with gas stations and restaurants all around within walking distance. Disney world within 15 min drive
Not a bad place for staying if you just need somewhere to crash. Pretty convenient too. Type ghetto tho
The employees are very helpful and friendly it may not be considered a 5 star hotel but the service is great including it's location
This place is great stayed 4 week's and would do it again house keeping is awesome and the manager as well I rate it 5 stars
Do not stay here even if free. two towels for a room with two double beds; i.e. 2 people. Room very worn, carpet and upholstery filthy in spots.
kitchen facilities include dishware but no silverware, not even a plastic spoon. Beds squeak but sheet at least seemed clean - else we would have left. they charge $10 for a 2nd room key card - can you imagine when you book for 2 adults?
The service is perfect, location is go to because you have everything close, rooms are big for how many days you gona stay and services is good everyday they clean your habitation and you have food in the morning.
The Location Was Convenient With A Lot Of Stores Around It. The Rooms Were Decent As Was the Survice.
This was a horrible place to stay, I stood here for 3 days, sat, sun and monday.. all 3 days the A.C. didn't work. I set it to 75 degrees and the lines get frozen. I called the front desk and Terry stated that the room was big and it takes a while for the room to cool down. After telling them that I've been waiting for hours to cool off they sent someone to throw hot water at the A.C. coils to unfreeze them. After 20 min if froze again and they told me they didn't have no one to fix it. There was other guess doing drugs and having parties from 10pm to 6am all 3 days i was there. When i told the front desk they said there was nothing they can do. Horrible experience, I will never stay at a super 8 again.
It's a pretty standard cheap motel though it was a bit more spread out. The regular rooms were down the road from the main office so going there to get a key redone or something meant driving, not walking, and potentially losing your parking spot. The rooms themselves were alright. They were clean and relatively soundproof, plus there was always hot water. The location was sketchy though. All in all, it's a good motel to stay for a day or two. Oh, there's also a good size pool.
Staff claimed I booked a smoking room, if I did it was an accident, when I asked if I could change room types they said they had no nonsmoking rooms available. I chose to stay anyways because Ihad an event at 7:15 to be at and I needed to get ready. I went to my room, which was in a sketchy buiding down the street (not connected) from office area, and I was astounded. There was a dry ramen noodle on the chair, stains on the carpet, and the outdoor area smelled of urine. Not to mention 2 wall outlets didn't even work (in both rooms) so you have to alternate what is pugged in and your devices and it makes it dark because only 1 lamp would turn on. The room reeked of smoke, I tried to keep the door open but it was either smell of urine outside or smoke inside. I went online, and saw that the front desk agent LIED!!!!! There was PLENTY of nonsmoking rooms available to be booked for tonight. I had my boss call the front desk, and he was told to make another reservation. I was so upset because I could barely breathe and my mom was throwing up and I was about to start puking if I didn't get fresh air.
My general manager finally got involved, she made me another reservation. I went to the desk, told them what happened, and even said "No one called" Lie number 2!! Then she told me she would refund the first reservation and then charge me for the second. The second reservation was $7 MORE then the first. So now I'm paying more for lies an deciet.
So she never gave me a receipt, and two weeks later I am battling Wyndham AND Bank Of America to try to get my money back. I never got a refund like they stated. I ended up being late for my event, I was lied to twice, and now I am paying more then double for this dinky hotel that is not worth what I have paid for it. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! They WILL steal from you! Also they are a Super 8 yet they charge Resort Fees and Service Charges? HAH! What a joke!!
I can't get anyone at the desk to answer my phone calls and when Corporate said they had until Thursday to get back to me, they never did. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK
Price was ok. The room wasn't bad, basic no frills. The beds were clean and there were plenty of towels. We noticed several sugar ants all over the room. The shower curtain didn't go all the way down so the heat from the shower pushed it out of the tub. I guess that's why there were so many towels to mop up all the water on the floor, lol. Parking sucked after dark. We had to park at the building next door and walk over, not a nice area to be in after dark. The room wasn't completely clean. We moved the phone to the side of the night stand and found white stuff under it. I don't even want to speculate what that was. The door didn't close all the way and the window seal had gaps in it. All it would take us for someone to press against the glass and it would come right out. We pressed the glass and the whole thing moved. We didn't take our shoes off as the floor was gross. You could see that it wasn't vacuumed and needed to be shampooed. Traffic to get in/out was terrible. Overall, 2 star rating. Not worth spending the couple of hundred dollars on.
Pleasingly Surprised. Stayed at this location for a short weekend in Orlando for business and wanted something reasonable and out of the tourist area. Rooms were clean, updated and comfortable. Pool was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again.
To begin with, this hotel is very bad. Rooms are decent for the price. Always keep charging additional $7 for tax then another $5 for state tax then another $3 for another tax, so for a $79.95 room, I ended up paying nearly $100.
The breakfast they said is continental, but all you get is two types of cereal and milk, packet of microwaveable mini waffles, coffee, juice and bread. The WiFi is horrible, can't connect and even if you do, you can't browse the net. The bed sheets are smelly, the cable keeps going off every now and then. The room has a soggy smell. I will never visit this place again. It is very horrible.
Over the period of my stay, I have seen the manager call the cops when you are a minute late from check-out time. You get thrown out of the hotel, this isn't how you treat the customer.
