The Park Inn is located in a really nice area, with quick access to plenty of restaurants and stores. We stayed in the kitchenette and it was very spacious. Would've liked a couch, but there were 4 chairs around a table and a desk chair. Have stayed there previously, and had a nice stay then also.

Filthy carpet. Dirty walls. Broken down fixtures and a cleaning crew that may or may not actually clean your room and packed parking lot with double parked cars are the downside.
    Nice, comfortable bed.
An area of town without much crime and good access to the highway are a plus.
    Price is just average.
Overall, I do not recommend staying here.
Make sure you look at all of the photos.
    You've been warned.

We have stayed here the last 3 or 4 times we've visited Albany, going back to when this was a Best Western, and it seems like it has been going down hill the last few times since it became branded as Park Inn. The back door is hard to open and you have to yank it open from the outside. Was very annoying to hear that all night that time we stayed in the room right next to it. It has been like this for several years and hasn't been fixed yet. This stay housekeeping would only leave us 2 towels despite the fact we are a family of 4. Any time we asked for more they mentioned something that the hotel was booked near capacity and did not have enough towels so they gave us some pool towels. Each day we had to ask for more towels as housekeeping would remove 4 dirty towels but only put back 2 each time they made up the room. As we were cleaning up our room to check out, we first noticed the middle sheet on one of the beds had some red spots on it (see picture). None of us were on this side of the bed, so it wasn't us that did this, but it really makes us wonder what they consider clean or at least check the sheets when they put them on. In the bathroom the small bottles of shampoo and conditioner weren't replaced during our 4 night stay. We are considering a different place to stay on our next visit to Albany.

My husband, kids, and I came down here to spend time with our other kids and to attend the fair, tried all hotels and this one was very friendly when I came in and she also let me see the room before purchasing. The room was cleaned, beds was soft, just didn't have towels but she brought enough for my husband and kid's. The best part was in the hallway was a snack machine and ice machine. She also informed us there would be breakfast at 7:30. Thanks so much for a great and safe stay.

Worst stay we had in a long long time! The room was completely filthy! (Room 202) The AC was so nasty that we had to turn it off - in order to not get sick! Bugs in the bathroom and very unpleasant smell everywhere! And that all for 150$ per night! We had no other option bcs we fled from Hurricane Irma and there was nothing else available! Never, never ever again! Stay away!!!

This place is older. They ran out of towels the first night of our stay. We only had two wash cloths and two towels. No hand towels. Thankfully we only had two ppl in our room. The fitness center has a small piece of weight equipment, one treadmill that doesn't work, one one elliptical that also doesn't work. Useless! Breakfast was nice. Beds are comfortable. Hallways are HOT; especially on the 2nd floor. Rooms smell like smoke when you first walk into them, but the smell quickly subsides. You can tell housekeeping is not detailed when they clean, bc there was some kind of food stain on our nightstand and it remained until we checked out. We felt our rate was over priced considering the quality of the hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for the convenience of the location, and we thought it had good reviews. However, our experience was anything but pleasant. We asked for more towels and they said they did not have any extra ones, the lady at the front desk was very rude to me when I asked her why they did not have extra towels, so I walked back up to my room, and when we came back down I told the lady at the front desk to please not go in to my room when the towels are ready, but I will pick them up when I come back to the hotel, she completely ignored me, even though I was literally standing right in front of her and there were no other customers. So, I left and when I came back I asked about the towels, and she told me they were in my room, even though I specifically asked them not to. I stated this to her and did not get a response, ironically, the towels were not there and they called me in 30 minutes to let me know that they were ready. When I came back down and asked to speak to a manager, I was informed that a manager was not available, so I asked to speak to an assistant manager, who also coincidentally, was not available, so they let me speak to the housekeeping supervisor, at least so they said, and when I explained that I thought the customer service was horrible, and that the lady was disrespectfulThe supervisor did absolutely nothing and the lady at the front desk, who mind you, was being very rude to the supervisor as well, literally told me I could get the hell out of there! This was by far the worst a customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I have stayed at many.

Gave our room away and didn't have the courtesy to call or email me. When we got to the hotel after driving almost three hours to get there, they lied and told my husband they tried to call me. When I showed them the email they sent me with my reservation and date. They couldn't come up with anymore lies. All you had to do is email me and told me you gave our room away. This is bad business, I used to love staying here when I came home to visit not anymore.
