My daughter and I stopped here driving from Central Alabama to Central Florida. Super comfy bed. Hot shower. Wish I didn't have to get back on the road. I'll definitely keep this place in mind when driving back through.

Charming placeonly gripe are the small hdtvs butexcellent customer service. HDTV issue may not be an issue after Jan 2018 since they are doing major renovations. Also wish they had a more extensive room service menu.

Rented conference room. Ordered refreshments. Had no idea that it would be 60 for a container of sweet tea and lemonade, it was way over charged. Also, no one told my family (we rented 4 rooms) that the tickets for breakfast covered 2 people. No communication.i am a diamond member, 2 of the rooms didn't get their water. People were running up and down the hallways on Saturday night 2 different times. Like a group of teens. We were in front of pool, but it was in the middle of the night after pool closed. Where was management?

Always a beautiful stay! Great food & drinks. They even accomemdated my service dog with a treat. I've been staying at the Hilton garden inn through out country since 2008. Thanks for your hospitality.

Nice and clean, has a pool and a Jacuzzi. I would have given 4 stars but the staff has been wonderful. The lady who checked us in last night , the bartender serving drinks were very friendly. The pillows and bed were just ok. The room is nice. Wish commentary breakfast was included. 9.99 for unlimited is a nice option but we don't eat enough in the am to pay that price. Thanks for the overnight.

This Hilton was great for my purposes. We called and asked if they could accommodate a same day early check in around 11am. They said come on in. This was after after 3 other hotels said no. We needed a copier and fax. Their business center was completely stocked and easy to use. The beds were great, not too soft or too firm. They had 3 down pillows per bed in our room that had 2 queens. The shower pressure was great and it had a shower head with multiple settings. We didn't use it, but they even had a guest laundry room and laundry soap was available in their sundry shop.The pool and fitness center were very nice. There was a Wendy's, Ruby Tuesday's, and a Longhorn steakhouse in the same parking lot. The entrance was a tiny bit hard to find and the front of the hotel faces away from the street. That being said, the parking lot was very big and accommodating for our truck and trailer. If we ever have to stop in this city again, we will definitely choose this Hilton again.

Overall, the experience was nice. I would've loved if they had offered breakfast. You could hear right through the walls as they were very thin. I did not trust drinking this water. But, everything else was fantastic.

My civic club meets at the Hilton Garden Inn on a regular basis. Food is good and overall facility is clean. If you are not familar with the area, the Hilton Garden Inn does not front on US82 and you have to meander through the parking lots of Wendy's or Olive Garden to get to the hotel.

Definitely at the top of what I expect. Very clean, quiet, relaxing good night's sleep. Front desk friendly,polite,quick & accommodating service. My wife stated the bath tub was sloped to recline, the water was hot instantly and the towels were the softest she had ever had. Very relaxing bath after 10 hrs on the road. Would defiantly stay here again!!

The hotel is located in a convenient location of the interstate, restaurants, and shopping. The host was warm and pleasant despite a 1AM check-in. The room was fairly standard. I would stay here again.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in the rooms on both sides of you. Air conditioning unit is super loud when it turns on and off. Lighting in rooms could be better. Rooms are clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again, but Hilton should give this property more $$ to upgrade the air conditioning units and soundproof the walls.

I was not pleased with my visit here. Having to pay $150 for a single bed room that they say is a king size but it seemed smaller. Doesn't include a free breakfast. Towels were really tough. Staff was really snotty. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the hot tube was nice. I will only go to quality Inn in Tifton now. It's half the price, a bigger pool, and nicer staff.
