I took my family to this place and they treated me poorly. I ordered the steak and it was burnt to a crisp. When I asked them about the steak not tasting right they treated me horribly and i never came back. If you are looking to take your date here for a first time event or later don't. You would be better off going to McDonald's. They treat the young crowd like they don't know what they are doing. I would suggest to anyone not visit this steak House ever. Specially the young crowd who they treat like children. There are much better places around that are far less expensive and way better tasting. The meal cost me over $150 and was worst experience of my life. Don't fall for there theme of best steak. It's not.

I take steak - eating more seriously than many things in life and the steak here had so much flavor, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. The service was the best I have received in a long time and the dinner was worth every damn penny! Zach (our waiter) did a great job!

Probably the best steakhouse I've ever been to. The food was fantastic, service was perfect, and the wine selection was amazing!! This was a perfect treat on a business trip. Went on a Tuesday night and the place was packed, guess they're no secret in Dallas. I see why!!

This place is always impressive. Their staff, service and food is just incredible. I love coming here. We've had the steaks, macaroni and cheese, asparagus, onion rings, mashed potatoes and oh my goodness that chocolate cake is to die for. Amazing!

The Best Steakhouse period. I decided to dine at Pappas Bros. Steakhouse while visiting Dallas, after reading a few good reviews on Google. The steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were delicious and wine was very good. The icing on the cake was the exceptional Customer Service from the girl at the door to the waiter and gentleman serving water. I will come again and will share my best experience with my Friends and Family.

I loved Pappas Bros. I took my father here to eat for his birthday and he had the best experience ever!! He has the ribeye and the soup of the day and they were the best! I will definitely return here for such special occasions.

This place is a step above everyone else in literally everything they do. The service was so impressive. Everyone was friendly, from the greeter to the server. They made us feel like king and queen of the dining room. The staff were well versed in everything on the menu and they had a sommolier visit our table to guide us through their impressive wine list. Loved the vintage 20's decor! My steak was amazing and the mushrooms were a perfect pairing. My favorite treat of the whole night was dessert though. We tried the chocolate mousse. I swear that I've item alone will habe us coming back in the future!

Definitely one of the best steakhouses around! Sides, entrees, desserts, and etc are all very good and well seasoned! Service is impeccable as well.

A few friends and I wanted to treat yo self night! It was excellent !!!! I never have been to a steak house and the atmosphere had a highend sophisticated feeling. Was nice to dress up in my suit and also to see how well my friends dress. I will be returning with a date night soon .

I looked this place up while I was planing my trip! Our Sever Brenda was AMAZING! Food was PHENOMENAL! We had the NY strip and the ribeye along with the asparagus and roasted potatoes. We had the hand shaken daiquiri along with the whiskey bent! We had a problem with how our steaks and they took them off the bill for us! My boyfriend got a free birthday dessert as well. The staff is all friendly and amazing and we will be returning in the future! If you love steak this a place to eat!

Spectacular dining experience. This high end steakhouse lives up to its reputation and definitely earns its praises. From the moment you are greeted by the friendly and prompt valet, the doorman and host, you immediately feel extravagance is at hand.
Our server and sommelier both made outstanding suggestions as we were first time diners, and they were absolutely correct in their hints. The first course arrived and was phenomenal, well crafted and appetizing.
Our wine was perfectly paired, and when the main courses arrived we found them to be the best steak we have ever experienced. Cooked to immaculate perfection. While we waited, our wine warmed our hearts and our sommelier and wait staff remained attentive, friendly and informative.
Dessert was more than delicious, and the final wine pairing couldn't have been more spot on. The atmosphere was classy, chic and seductive. The restaurant was impeccable clean and exquisitely furnished. Everything you would expect for a place of this caliber and worth every penny. Dress to impress and spare no expense here. Absolutely phenomenal! My wife and i went herw for our anniversary. The food was sooooo delicious! And our waitress Sam was top-notch. She was so attentive and very friendly. From the appetizer to the dessert. This place was just perfect. Would highly recommend for a special night out. Every employee here gets our praise.

Expensive but worth every penny. I took a friend out there and the steak is amazing! The porterhouse was the best steak I ever had hands down. They also have a crab mac and cheese and that was really good! If you go, be prepared to spend some money but also splurge if you can. It's worth it!

Beef! It is what is for dinner. White tablecloth, hustling wait staff and excellent food await at Pappas. A impressive bar, huge wine list and aged steaks that are on mark. Bring your wallet for this meal but I promise you will not go home hungry.
