Good Outlet. Went in to look for a car. Gave me good price. Took it for a test drive. The salewoman was professional in explaining to me every feature of the car. But the wait time here is the problem. Takes a long time for them to attend to a customer. I think they give their timings to 2 or 3 customers at a time

As always, timely and EXCELLENT service! Employees know what they are doing, know my name when I walk through the door, give me an estimate of how long it will take (which, it normally runs less time than thought). This is my second Mazda from Freeman Mazda and I couldn't be happier with Freeman's staff ! Keep up the GREAT service

Rickie and the staff provided excellent customer service. They've got a waiting room with free coffee, snacks and water. Free wifi and desks so I can plug in my laptop and get work done while a wait. Top off the good service with a free car wash and vacuum, I mean what more do you want! Thanks guys!

Worse experience at a dealership I have ever had. The 8 ft tall new car salesman barely wanted to introduce himself. Long story short.. after negotiating a purchase with RUSS, we were told the numbers matched and papers were ready to sign. Upon speaking with the rude finance manager, we were given numbers that were 1,000s from what we negotiated. WALKED OUT. Next day, spoke with a JEREMY and ANDREW at Classic Mazda in Denton.. told them what we wanted, the numbers we were willing to agree upon, and met with him after getting the call to look over vehicle. Ended up with a better deal, better customer experience, and a car we wanted. FAIR WARNING: DO NOT LET THIS PLACE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

I love Freeman Mazda!! I truly could not be more satisfied with my experience. Trent, the head director was so fantastic and attentive. I truly felt that he cared about what I wanted, needed and genuinely wanted to get me the best deal. I never felt like they were trying to swindle me. My sales guy John was easy going, and was GREAT to work with. He made the process simple, explained everything so thoroughly to me, and never made me feel pressured.
After I signed my papers, they did a whole reveal for me with the car on the red carpet and made me feel like I won the lottery. They even bought me a birthday cake and balloons, and had the entire team come out to celebrate. You cannot tell me that other car dealers would do that!
Not only was the customer experience phenomenal, MY CAR IS AMAZING!I got the 2017 Mazda CX-5, and I swear I have one of the sharpest cars on the road. My friends are shocked, and are now all wanting to buy Mazda's because of the interior quality, and the exterior look. Basically, I got the car of my dreams, for a great price, and had the best people taking care of me.
I will recommend Mazdas, this dealership and their people 100% every single day. If I could buy another car from them, I would!! Go Freeman Mazda!!

This dealership went above and beyond to help me get the car that I wanted. Not only did they give me a fantastic deal, but they heard it was my birthday in a few days and surprised me with a birthday cake along with all the staff singing me happy birthday. Freeman Mazda values their customers and takes wonderful care of them. EVERYONE should buy their Mazda from them! Also, shout out to John for being the BEST salesman EVER! He has only been there for a few weeks and he is already killing it! :)

My little brother and I went this past weekend in hopes of purchasing a used Mazda for him and we loved our experience from the moment we got there! Jim DeBoer was our salesman. He provided a very personal experience that met his individual needs which successfully concluded with him purchasing his first car. A fun visit with the service team. I loved the fact that I got to speak with the nice mechanic who was looking over my vehicle issues so I could personally answer his questions about what the matter was. My appointment wasn't scheduled correctly from the website. So I show up at my assumed appointment time and they tell me its not in the system. I was reassured that they could fit me in but it may take 2 to 3 hours. So I take it reluctantly and grab my donut and coffee. So I have a few hours to burn so I sat down and replied to some email's and by the time i got comfy they had my car done and washed! Great dealership experience they always take care of me and my Eugene.

This has been by far the best experience buying a car I have ever had. Christina was amazing and fun. She helped us through every step of our journey. Everyone was very friendly and genuinely treated you like a person not another sale. Christina also took time to show me how to pair my phone with the car and walked me through all the features of the nav/entertainment system. I am definitely excited to be joining the Freeman Mazda family.

As always great service and great friendly staff. I will like to mention Ricky as an OUTSTANDING member of the Freeman Mazda team. Always a smile on his face and a happy attitude. Every single calls me by name, the fact that he remembers my name speaks volume of this young man in these days when the young people feel they are entitled. I do hope Freeman Mazda recognize him for this and give him the kudos and accolades he deserves. I hope Freeman Mazda realize the asset they have in Ricky and promote him as far as he can go.

Jim in the used car sales department was great to work with. He helped us get the car we wanted at a price we felt good about. The whole process was painless and comfortable, everyone seemed very straightforward. Jim stayed late at the dealership to make sure we had time to test drive all the cars we wanted to and he never pressured us about anything. He went above and beyond. It was a great experience!
