It was my first experience at Toni and Guy, and it was wonderful. Reggie did an amazing job!! He took a lot of time listening to what I wanted and was expecting and was very meticulous and exact on my haircut and style. He's also very personable and kind. I will be going back. and it's over an hour drive for me.

I had the absolute pleasure of randomly being placed with Richy form the Stonebriar location. Not only is it the best haircut I have ever had, he went above and beyond staying late just to make sure my hair was perfect. He is an amazing artist. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

If there was a Zero Star, this would be it. This place is TERRIBLE. I️ have been a regular customer for over two years but today’s experience was beyond unacceptable. It took me over 25 minutes and 5 phone calls to schedule today’s appointment for a root touch up. At no point during the phone call did anyone offer me a style out, which I️ desperately needed. As my colorist was washing out my hair, she made it sound like she would ‘go out of her way’ to give me a power dry, which is NOT a style out. That’s not good enough, especially given the 55 degree temperatures. So I️ not only left with dripping wet hair, but now have to spend precious time doing my hair at home even though I️ don’t have time to do it. There were at least three stylists standing around doing nothing who said they were ‘too busy’ to do my hair. The manager wasn’t really sorry either. I️ will NOT RETURN. STAY AWAY.

I had gone to previous location to get a balayage done. They did not know what they were doing because I ended up with a horrible ombré style. Today I was helped by senior colorist Dayne. She came in and after a few questions she went to work and it looked way better than before. My hair looked great. She was super fast and knew what she was doing the whole time.

Worst haircut I've ever had and an expensive one at that.

I absolutely love Janis! She is the most sweetest person you will ever meet. I finally found someone who can do my hair correctly and make me feel beautiful. I have curly hair and she knows how to exactly cut it. Shes great at cut, color, style and blow outs. If you want to feel and look beautiful, I highly suggest seeing her! The customer service from her and the front desk makes the experience even more better.

I actually tried to get an appointment with another stylist at the Shops of Legacy, but they are always booked. At this point, I needed a place that works on straight, thick guys hair. I contacted this location and had asked for a stylist that can work on my type of hair and advised them that I did not have a range of a budget. They had suggested for me to schedule with a wonderful stylist Tammy (who on her business card states is the creative director). She was extremely helpful on how my hair works and different things I can work with. I gave her a very vague idea on what I wanted and she made it come to life. This location will have me as a life-long client. If you are a guy that wants a good cut, this place is awesome.

I have always loved Toni and Guy but this salon needs more training including customer service skills. One of the employees (Dakota) needed a live model, so I cleared my schedule for that day. She said she would call a couple of days in advance to remind me. She called a week in advance and since I didn't respond immediately she replaced me with someone else. I contacted a supervisor and she was very professional. She rescheduled me. This must have offended the employee's immediate supervisor Michael because I called and asked what exit do I take in order to get to the store on time and he rudely saidI need to get a GPS. He refused to give me any directions or ask anyone for directions. I was shocked! I was in my sister's car and she didn't have GPS. I live out of town and was not familiar with the area. So it was 2 days I cleared my schedule for this even.plus driving 80 miles to come to the store. Poor service! I am contacting HQ asap.

My family has been going to Toni & Guy for the last five years. Eight years if you include my husband alone. My son sees Tammy, who does a fantastic job. He typically gets his haircut every other month. Six times a year. Today, when I went to pay, the receptionist asked me how old he was. I responded 12 years old, thinking she was making conversation. She then proceeded to let me know that they have been undercharging me for the last 2 years because they charge the adult price once you are 10 years old. 10 years old! $75 dollars for an adult men's haircut once you hit age 10. And I thought $55 was a lot! Stunned, I told her we would not be returning. She said "OK".

The hair cuts are getting more average while the prices are going up. No wonder so many of their star stylists have gone out on their own. Very disappointed, Toni and Guy.
