The amenities offered at the service section are better than other Toyota locations. The serve fresh brewed coffee from fresh ground beans. Granted it is Starbuck brand, they have 3 different roast options. By the by, the service is just as other dealerships, courteous but show during busy times. Sitting area is comfortable and new

Love this place. We've gotten two cars here and the service is always super reliable and quick. The staff is amazing and really care about you more than just trying to make a quick sale. Toyotas are crazy reliable so it'll be a wise choice. The only issue is that the only entrance and exit is on the eastbound side of NW Hwy.

Hector Santiago is amazing!! I followed him from another dealership because he was the only salesperson I can trust! He is very professional and knowledgeable of selling cars! I was in and out very quickly and very satisfied with the customer service I received! Moe is a financial guy who explained everything to me very clearly with much professionalism that a customer can ask for! And they should be the next dynamic duo! I will definitely be shopping there again! My husband even has considered trading in his brand new Nissan Altima for a car he saw at Sports City after his experience with Hector and Moe! And I received many emails from the General Manager Gary Gray to Ashley Reynolds welcoming me to the Toyota family! And ever since I have been referring everyone to go! Excellent service!

I can truly say that the team here at Sport City Toyota went above and beyond my expectations to make my car buying experience a great one! A special thanks to Virgil in service and Jason in Sales. These guys showed superior customer service and customer appreciation. I went looking for a safe, reliable, affordable, and stylish car for my family. Under pressure to find us a car, less than one week away from our move across the country, it is safe to say I was not the easiest sale of the day. Jerry in Sales stayed at the dealership me hours past his shift on the day of my purchase to make sure that I (and my dad who grilled us over the phone for hours throughout the purchase, lol!) felt that I was making a good investment. Even when I returned days later with more questions about my vehicle, Virgil and Jason took the time to make sure that I was taken care of before my trip. Thanks everyone for making this experience a great one!

I went there to get my car serviced and tire patched a couple weeks ago and this received the worst customer service possible. I was directed to pull up into the area where they take the car to service it and sat in my car for over an hour with no help. Finally an older man came out and asked me if I had been helped and when I said no he helped me out immediately. I went inside and about 20 minutes later they said they were done. I thought it was a little odd because it had never been done so quick but I wasn't complaining though because after waiting for so long in the car I was ready to leave. I paid for my patched tire got my receipt and left. Well when I get home my car has a message on the dash that says "car needs maintenance" didn't make sense to me because I had just gotten it done and that light is always gone when I get my car serviced. Turns out they didn't do anything other than patch my tire. This is the worst Toyota dealership I've ever been to and I will not be returning. (Toyota of Richardson has the best service!)

Went to get a dash replaced under warranty. i had to call them multiple times before they said they forgot to order but had the part anyways. (then why order if you have one??)
when they did fix the dash, i was told an inspection had been done. A few items were identified that i was aware of and appreciated the information. But I was told my break pads needed replacing, fronts at 2mm and the backs at 3mm. I bought new pads only to discover they had lied. The front pads had 40% life left and the rear had 90%. it was closer to centimeters than millimeters.
would not recommend repairing your car here. if you do, mark your parts and request them back.response / report this review -

I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership. Never had a bad experience until this evening. Approximately 1-2 weeks ago the dealership offered me a price of 400/month for a 2016 used Tacoma. I went back a second time to renegotiate with no luck. This past Sunday they agreed to an offer of 390/month. I received a text message telling me to come in Monday to sign the papers. When I arrived they told me they would not honor their agreement. That they would be selling the truck for a loss. Their deal increased to 428/month. The Director of used car sales (John) told me he never agreed to the 390/month. When I showed him the message John changed his comments telling me it is his right to not sell me the vehicle regardless of what was agreed to. He then told me this was all my fault for not buying the truck during my initial visit. I told him I guess his word and his sales word mean nothing. He said that was right. Integrity is truly tested when situations falls off the beaten path. A real man lives up to his commitment. I never would have guessed Toyota would hire a person who cannot live up to his word.

The scheduling was flawless. Ashley does an amazing job in getting the service scheduled. She does a spectacular job in following up on a regular basis. I am very impressed by that.
The service itself took over 2 hours and I was just looking at an oil change. The person that attended to my service request informed me that it will take 1.5 hours and by the time I got out of there, it was almost 2.5 hours. They need to estimate times in a better manner.
Overall, their service staff is very courteous and a pleasure to work with.response / report this review -

Purchasing from this dealership was fairly easy and quick. The salesman we had was not pushy, which I liked. I didn't care for the finance guy. He didn't seem to know how to handle someone who had their own financing and tried to get me to use theirs.
I have taken my truck in twice for servicing, since I got it, and was disappointed both times. I expected that when I got it back it would be checked and cleaned, both inside and out. It wasn't. The first time, they washed it but didn't vacuum it. The second time neither was done. I guess I was use to dealing with Rusty Wallis VW, who would clean and vacuum my car every time I took it in, even though I didn't buy it from them. It was a very simple and nice gesture on their part and I spent more money with them because of it.
Just thought I would get at least the same kind of treatment considering I bought this vehicle, NEW, from Sports City Toyota.response / report this review -

Woody was amazing to work with. As my situation was very difficult to trade my car in due to owing 2,000. He did whatever it took to make sure I was leaving with the car I actually was looking for. He was very helpful, and wasn't pushy on making me buy something. I highly recommend Toyota if you're a first time buyer. Thank you woody for making this experience 10x smoother than planned. He's someone who knows his job, and is happy to be there! Everyone was so helpful from coming in, all the way to finances. Melissa was wonderful to work with in finances, and made sure she could help out any way possible.

This was my second vehicle from Sport City Toyota, and the experience has been very positive both times. I have had very attentive sales reps, and a very quick process through financing and getting back out the door. My original salesman, Jason Bush, who was promoted, even came by to see me and congratulate me on the new ride. David and Stefanie took great care of me with a tag team approach on a busy Friday afternoon, and it worked out great!

This place goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service.
Go to Lauri in service department. She is always honest and are very considerate when it comes to your wait time.
David and George Guzman never fail to check up on you and go the extra mile to make you feel at ease without the pressure of going out of your car budget. Lots of options and good cars here at Toyota. These guys are genuinely friendly! Was recommended by family.response / report this review -

Today was my first time stepping foot at this location. I needed something minor repaired under my car. The service was impeccable. From the nice man who greeted me at the front door to shaking hands with the employee who took care of my car as i left. The staff was amazing, professional and extremely polite. They were busy and I was told my waiting time could be up to 2 hours. I was in and out in 1 hour. The waiting room was very clean. I will definitely be back in the future if I should need another repair. Great job Toyota!
