Great location and the rooms are the best. You get more than what you pay for. Centrally located to everything you want to visit.

Staff very friendly. Location easy to find. Rooms very clean not out dated. Breakfast was great. Staff doing the breakfast was fantastic, smiling and greeting everyone. I would give her AAA+.

My experience at the Hampton Inn Palm beach hotel was awesome. I travel to West Palm beach often and have been a guess at other hotels, I can tell you the Hampton Inn is by far one of the best experiences I had. The breakfast was standard but that's was expected.the room was cleanthe staff was very pleasant and friendly. Front desk called a few times to make sure I wad comfortable and asked if I meeded anything. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5, is because I hokding one star for my next trip there and see if my experince would be the same.

Our room was never cleaned, no bed was made, I had to do it. There was no ice on any of the floors, I was told by receptionist that I had to wait for it to be replenished. The pillows also smelled bad, I suggest that you bring your own. God only knows where those pillows have been besides the head. I covered them with hopefully clean towels or my own pajama top. The nicest person was Jonathon as I stated on my previous review before I put my head on pillows.

I stayed here for a week while visiting relatives in the area. It is conveniently located just off Interstate 95 and is easy to get to, assuming you don't miss the turn onto RCA Blvd.
I like Hampton Inns and stay at them often, though this was my first time at this location. The room was clean, well-furnished and quiet and the staff helpful. Breakfast was typical for Hampton Inns everywhere. When I return to the area, I will probably stay here again.response / report this review -

Nothing bad to say. This was a very nice hotel. Very clean and updated. It was worth every penny I spent. The breakfast hostess kept everything fresh and even took the filled tray away while we were interacting with the kids. I would stay here again. First time I have ever said this. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The Hampton Inn at Palm Beach Gardens has provided a very comfortable stay for my family and I. The rooms are furnished with televisions, large bathrooms, and plush beds. The bathrooms have nice soaps, soft towels, and even hair dryers in case you forgot yours at home. Housekeepers tidy up the room and provide new towels during the day, which is very convenient. If you would rather not have housekeeping enter your room, that is an option, too. There is an outdoor garden with Roman-style decor outside the lobby/breakfast area, so you can enjoy your provided continental breakfast in the beautiful Florida outdoors. There is even a pool to swim in outside. The rooms and indoor areas smell fresh and smoke/animal free. As far as I am aware, smoking is prohibited indoors but there are smoking friendly areas outside should you need them.

Breakfast included but until 10am it would have been excellent if it was until 11am like other places. The rooms are nice and the hotel is decent. The staff at the breakfast side were a little bit rude but the rest were friendly and helpful.

By far the best customer service experience I've ever had at a hotel. Great value and location near rapids water park. Amazing hot breakfast included. Will be looking forward to staying at all hampton inns after this.

We had a very nice stay at the Z Ocean Hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room was also quite nice. I am giving this hotel a four star rating because it just isn't a five star property.

Stayed one night for business in late February 2017. Overall a good standard hotel. Pluses: Room on the 3rd floor was roomy and quiet. This property is a little farther from I-95 than the others in the area, which I think helps with keeping road noise to a minimum.
