THEY PAINTED MY ENGAGEMENT RING!!!
Took my engagment ring in to be sized and they painted the rose gold white! As I cried all they would say was a mistake. How does a mistake like that happen?? In addition they offered no compensation for the mistake they made. I'm so happy that we hadn't bout our wedding bands or bridal jewelry yet from here and the credit card I have for them will be getting shredded. No one should be made to cry about their engagment ring and I hope others read this and decide to look alsewhere. I've heard good things about the Shane company and distinctive diamonds maybe I'll give them the commission if the promise not to paint my jewelry a different colour.
