HORRIBLE EXPERIENCETHE STAFF ELIZABETH WAS SO RUDE TO ME AND MY FAMILY. I'VE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY AT A HOTEL BEFORE. I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE HAVE BAD DAYS BUT YOU DON'T TAKE THAT OUT ON YOUR GUEST, NOT WHEN THEY PAY THE KIND OF MONEY WE PAID TO STAY HERESHE LIED AND SAID SOMEONE UNDER US COMPLAINED ABOUT NOISE AT 5:00 IN THE EVENING AND THE ONLY THING UNDER US WAS A LOBBYLATER SHE ADMITTED SHE THAT SHE WAS JUST IRRITATED. WE HEARD HER TALKING BADLY ABOUT US TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. CAN'T HELP TO WONDER IF SHE TREATED US THIS WAY BECAUSE WE WASN'T HER COMPLEXIONBECAUSE AS WE SAT AND WATCHED HER INTERACTIONS WITH THOSE THAT WERE HER COMPLEXION SHE WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY TO THEM. THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME WE STAYED HERE BUT I WILL NEVER BOOK ANOTHER STAY AT A HOMEWOOD SUITE.WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL AND I MEAN EVER!!!!

This trip went from horrible to great because of the service I received here. Do to miscommunication I did not have a room when I arrived late at night. They worked with me to get me a room so I wouldn't have to travel another 30 miles to a different hotel.

The room was smelly, toliet wasn't flushed when we got in after check in, pool was nasty, No vending machines, and we requested a room for 2 adults and 1 child. We got a full size bed and a sleeper sofa. Not happy

The first floor hallway looks fairly beat up, but the room I had itself was nice. I'm just not used to seeing Hilton properties with that much wear.

It's a good place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Mary who works in the evenings is absolutely fantastic! After a long day it is a pleasure to see her friendly demeanor. Mary is the reason my team and I decide to stay at this hotel versus the many others in the surrounding area. Thank you, Mary for making this such a wonderful stay.

Today I called this location after booking a room online through Expedia to verify my arrival date as well as me traveling with my dog. The young lady, Maria, who answered the phone rudely informed me that pets were not allowed at their location. I asked her if there was another location that did allow pets as we stayed with homewood suites multiple times and were always a huge fan of being able to bring our dog. After a long awkward pause she said she didn't know and I asked her for advice how we can find a solution for the issue, another long silent pause, after which she informed me I had to call Expedia to cancel my reservation and get my money refunded basically. My husband who is former military and I always stayed with Homewood suites and were always very happy, so were both of our children and our dog.Maria failed to inform me that the hotel does allow service animals which would have been helpful to know. Maybe the girl is new but she for sure had no desire to help me nor provide me with good customer service. I will be staying with Homewood suites in the future but never at this location, for obvious reasons. Rude front desk staff and not being able to bring my dog are major deal breakers for me and I will be happy to take my business elsewhere.

Close to restaurants and shopping the other airport locations are quite isolated so that is a serious perk for this location. Aside from that It is a nice extended stay. Clean and well appointed Only negatives I noticed we're the property is starting to show it's age if you look closely. Staff were great and parking was plentiful

This turned out to be much more than I had expected. The hotel is absolutely spotless. The check-in and check-out was effortless. I booked through trip advisor as I had called the hotel and they didn't have any rooms although Trip advisor still had them. The room had a queen bed along with a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and all pots and pans including silverware and dishes. The bed was comfortable with down and feather pillows. The breakfast was freshly prepared with real dishes and silverware. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Nice place! My family of 6 stayed in the suite along with my sister in law and never felt cramped. We didn't have much need to interact with the staff but when we did they were great!

Very clean and spacious rooms with range, refrigerator, and dish washer. Beds were very comfortable and linens soft. Would definitely stay here again!
