Where do I start this place is a total nightmare. Date night for mommy and daddy gone totally wrong. Checked in just after 10pm for the Fanta Suite room for the rate of $179 although online priced at $129 paid a $100 deposit as well. Get to the room completely outdated and smelled like mold. Went to run the hot tub and absolutely NO HOT WATER. Called the desk said someone was coming to check. Flipped on the TV while we waited what a joke total static and couldn’t even see anything. Decided we wanted our money back within 20. Was told they do not refund although we were only there 20 min moved us to a different room. The room was actually amazing however again no damn HOT WATER. What is the point of renting hot tub suites with No hot water. After going back n forth with the desk person (she probably didn’t deserve my anger however she choices to work there while bashing the place herself) the owner comes in. Tells us he “bleed” the line and to give in 30 min. So we did still no hot water. So after almost 2 hours messing with this disgusting ran down place finally got our money back but only because we would not just give in and basically demanded our money back. The owner actually hid from my husband so he didn’t have to speak to us directly after promising the hot water would work. Honestly don’t know how this place is in business. As we left the desk chic said we probably weren’t the only ones getting our money back which is odd because she originally told us they don’t give refunds on the weekend only on Mondays because according to her the manager is an ass who won’t answer her phone although the Owner was there the entire time. Like WTH. Do not waste ur time or money on this place. Completely ruined our night and we live over an hour n half away.

At 3 in the morning we had to move our sleeping child and you a different room because we were getting ate up by at best please and at worst bed bugs on top of the room clearly just not being clean and the bed having dried blood on it. The next room we were moved into had hair wrapped around the soap in the bathtub. In the morning I kindly told the housekeeper about the hair in my bathtub and that I also would like a few extra towels so that the three of us could all have a shower for the two night stays. Then I waited 5 hours for the housekeeper to finally come and wipe the hair out of my bathtub. Waited another hour for them to bring me a towel so I could give my son a bath. 2 hours after that I went until the front desk lady I would still like another two towels so that we could all shower in the morning. Her reply was " realistically you only get two towels per room". Every time I needed someone from front desk I had to literally search for about 20 minutes and then deal with very nasty attitudes. Even though I waited 5 hours for a housekeeper will come clean up the hair out of our bathtub I still tipped her. I have been very polite and very understanding. Yet I have got nothing but attitude back. On top of that both rooms that we were in had ashes everywhere and pot stems. I gave a ride to another person staying within the hotel who said he found a dirty syringe underneath his bed! And if you want to watch TV you get the choice of watching a staticky TV with a working remote or watching a normal-looking TV with a broken remote. And do not expect any thing other than basic cable like antenna cable. My son sat in their desk chair which immediately fell apart causing my four year old child to fall backwards and hit his head on the floor barely missing the part of the backrest that is metal. We have had absolutely nothing but issues since we arrived here then I had to deal with terrible attitudes and we can't even get a spare towel for all of our trouble. This is definitely not a safe place and it is not a place that I would recommend at all especially if you have children. The only reason I even gave it one star is because you can trade it on 0 Stars. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

This place was absolutely disgusting and I have never received worse customer service from a lodging in my entire life. I was driving all day from KS to pick up my son from camp the next day. It started storming and poured and poured for my entire trip. I knew that I would get there late. How late I wasn't sure but very late none the less. I called to let them know my situation. Driving all day in a deluge possibly a good 6 hrs or more off schedule. I was assured that would be no problem. Fast Forward to a little past 3 am. I had to pick up my son at camp in a nearby town between 9 and 11am. I go to check in after witnessing a drunken altercation in the parking lot to be informed that my reservation had been canceled and I had also been charged for the room. I'm envisioning a brand new altercation in the parking lot. I asked if they received my call.

When we got there late at night, a last minute decision, the man was super friendly and happy and he made us feel welcomed.
We had the basics, bed, towels,small fridge, microwave and also a small walk out patio for smokers. We don't smoke but enjoyed the night view!
A Big Problem is there is no electric plugs by the beds.. For my CPAP machine, Cell Phone Charger etc. A Big disappointment and very important to me! I had to unplug the TV so I could plug in to charge my phone!!
The other thing disappointing was not enough coffee.. Only 1 pot for breakfast for everyone, though they were not busy, it worked out for us.
Hotel was Clean and they had an Awesome Breakfast!response / report this review -

Horrific place, people, owner, and amenities. Front desk went straight from handling money to food in the kitchen/breakfast room. Drug deals in the parking lot and drug users in the bathroom. The 3rd shift lady was rude and her boyfriend I assume that was lingering in the lobby. The room had fleas and bed bugs while our friends had a couple German roaches in the room they didn't stay in. This place is a nightmare that doesn't end. Oh don't not forget the very young looking girls that checked in with the owner the first night we stayed. Worse a week later. I don't have the words to describe the hotel just don't

We stayed in room 119 and it had two full size beds.
Mine wad infested with bedbugs and when i complained the came, swept the top of the mattress put new sheets on and i continued to be bitten. Please do NOT stay here, its pretty rank.response / report this review -

I would NOT recommend staying here. The hallway smelled horrible. There was a dog in the room above us that barked all night long. Even after calling the staff they did nothing to stop the dog except they would talk to the dogs owners in the morning. Who let's dogs stay in hotels like that? I was not happy. It needs updated badly. And the pool is closed due to disrepair. As well as no remote in the room.

Oh my Lord I don't know what happened to this place but I was terrified. It used to be a wonderful venue for romantic getaways And now it resembles something that you might find in a post-apocalyptic era depression

Stayed at this hotel last week and it was the worst experience ever. Failed to tell us about them shutting the water off for 5 hours. We had traveled 12 hours and just wanted to shower and rest. Then wr had to beg for towels and wash cloths. The maid was on her phone while she was cleaning rooms. Our room wasn't even ready when we got there. Was suppose to be ready at 11. Got there at 2 and still wasn't ready. Will never stay at this place again. The queen bed is made out of two twin mattresses. Seriously and scum hole of a motel.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Before going I thought it would be nice to take the kids one night however after my husband and I stayed there I won't be taking my kids near there! The pictures online are not true. Also when you arrive there's an additional $100. deposit fee that won't be back on my card for 7 days. In the whirlpool spa not all jets were working, it leaked from the knobs. There are people living above the rooms. So you hear stomping, yelling etc. The T.V.'s were static pictures and the cable cords were stripped so if you moved it there was no picture. the landscaping was not up to date. The rooms are ok decoration wise but they need to be updated. When your outside you see a pile of old mattresses behind a small shed. When we returned after dinner we saw a window boarded up with lamps knocked over. If your looking for a nice get away go somewhere else.

Stayed at the Le Cave suite. Very imaginative, with little cave drawings scrawled across the walls. Although the hotel itself is rather run down, the suite we stayed in was very nice.

We were able to get a room on the same night we needed it for really cheap and had no problems. I liked the little balcony. The actual motel was really cute.

Nice place, the castle room was Very nice. It's super close to slot of restaurants and a few bars and a good side of town to. The only thing I would say bar about it is none of the channels on either of the tv's worked but that's was ok for the night 😉
