For Greenwood area this is one of the best places to shop. The east and west side malls are very crappy now, although 20 years ago they were great too, ha. And the north side malls are usually nice, but for the south side this is the main large mall to go visit with the most stores. They have a lot of clothing stores, a large food court area with a good selection of food, and the stores, which are mostly all nationwide chain stores, are priced about right, as expected for a mall. The mall is kept clean, restrooms are fine, you see security on segways cruising around. Lots of parking, except maybe during Christmas, lol. The employees seem friendly in the stores and this is a place I will shop when I am there.
Lots of good places to eatmany selections for shops. After school hours is a bit less desirable because of all of the kids that are "doing their thing". There is a corner of the mall that shops can't seem to stay in business but we find that we tend to just stay away from there and don't even notice because there isn't much for us back there. There are many other things in the area to eat or go to also!
I've been going to this shopping mall since I was a kid. It's got continually better over the years. They are constantly upgrading and updating! It is safe for all ages with a superb security crew! The food court is kept clean with very good customer service. It's one of the safest malls in the state. Not only is there good food in the food court but also various restaurants around the mall that also have good food!
It's a Mall! Look, indoor malls are going down slowly, but Simon is putting the finishing touches on this one by shrinking the only kids area they have down and making it easier for toddlers to escape. I'm disappointed they haven't gotten all their store fronts ready before the holidays, and the middle areas aren't full. There is something to be said about making sure areas at least look like they are doing good business rather than making sure all the leases are at the maximum.. Stupid Simon, you will close yet another mall with these measures.
Not a bad mom. It's a good selection, but smaller so you don't have such an overrun of people like you would with Castleton.
Spent most of my time in Barnes and Noble. Went to the food court and had an excellent slice of premium pizza with a side of meatballs from Luca Pizza in the food court at which point I thought I had enough. Little did I know I had to stop and get some mango sorbet with a little bit of vanilla bean ice cream from Maggie Moo's.
Not service friendly. Crowded. Lots of very bigoted people. For example, I was escorting a senior citizen client to return a Coach purse for repair while she was running a few errands after a procedure, and they presumed that her purse was a gift instead of her actually being able to afford it. This woman is of the removed Greek nobility and her friend was also some sort of nobility from further east. I was beyond humiliated. Lots of #trumpers which is very, very scary. However there was a great deal of intermixing with the youth, which was quite beautiful. Also, if you're outside the mall in the outskirts, like the bookstore or the restaurants, the service is much different. Also, do not bother with security they were harassing everyone from elderly, to the slow-moving handi-capable, to kids, and so on to I don't know, probably everyone. Maybe they didn't have anything to do, but it was embarrassing to experience, worst to witness, to say the least.
No complaints. All the good stores. Friendly store employees and good food options. Nice place to shop.
The Greenwood Park Mall is a good place to shop for anything and everything. From baby clothes and items to upscale furniture and personal gear. Surprisingly the crowds are perfect for this size mall. This place is not to crowded and the people are really not rude. The food court has a great selection of ethnic and on-the-go foods and when you're finished grabbing a bite to eat you can stroll over to the AT&T Store to check out the newest Apple and Android electronics. Greenwood Park Mall is just a great place to shop and hangout.
The Greenwood Park Mall is great. If you have any questions or need assistance you can always stop by Guest Services. The mall has great events like the Summer Concert Series!
My favorite place to come and kill time. Many store options, always clean. Great place to come and have a good time with friends and family
I love it here!! You can shop from tons of different stores, or you can just walk around. They have a great food court too.
Greenwood Park Mall has a nice selection of stores but the mall is old and dirty. When it rains the ceiling leaks is several areas around the mall. Buckets are placed around too catch the drops. The ceiling in those areas are discolored and falling apart. This will lead to mold or structural damage if it is not fixed.
Definitely my favorite mall in the Indianapolis area. It has a very good selection of stores and doesn't have the same pretentiousness that some of the other area malls try to have.
