Killed 3 roaches in our room the first day getting here. Our room smelt like smoke & Marijuana. Only 2 towels & bath cloths to a double room. Definitely will not stay here again & do not recommend anyone's else staying.

The only saving grace was the kind staff. As soon as I opened the door I was hit in the face with a nasty cigarette smell like someone stayed there for a week smoking 2 packs a day. My fiance smokes and our house doesn't smell like this did. There were toothpaste spit stains on the faucet. A stain on the shower curtain. Weird stains on the bed sheet. The carpet is supposed to be a vibrant royal blue, and it is in the low traffic areas, like around the edges of the room, but the high traffic areas were a dark brown. I wish I had brought my sleeping bag and my own pillow. I would have slept better. I would have left if I was paying for it, but I'm here on business and my employer booked the hotel.

Room was spacious and comfortable, but showed signs of wear and tear. The abandoned shopping cart on the lower level breezeway accentuated the "economy class" feel of the hotel. It's exactly what you expect from a Red Roof Inn. Not terrible. Not great either. Just "meh."

Not clean at all!! Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful, but as I checked in (to the ONLY room left in the area), I found every surface & handle was sticky & then discovered urine "splashes" in the toilet seat & hairs there as well! This was right as I walked in after checking in. Luckily I brought my own cleaning/sanitizing supplies, but seriously? I had to clean the room before I could use it?? Yuck yuck yuck. Also semis running & dogs barking all night. I know they can't control so much for that. I don't require anything fancy, just clean & a bed & clean was not happening here!

We have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the past and never had a problem. Rooms were clean and employees were always nice. We came in to town for a company picnic and when I woke during the night and turned on the bathroom light, at least 20 roaches scattered! We left early the next morning only to find our 3 yr old COVERED in beg bug bites.. 47 to be exact as well as my husband. Reported to front desk and later called asking for a return call from the manager which hasn't happened! Needless to say, what we thought would be a good choice turned out to be a $90 disappointment not to count the pain our child is in, medication and cleaning everything we took in that room and the car!!!!! Never again will we stay here!!!! Wouldn't even give a half a star after this disaster and ruined trip due to filth!!!

The atmosphere there just feels like its a cheap motel with combination of the look and the people that stays there. There was an older woman who looks like she was 'working' the corner and an old man that was in a chair facing out at his door watching people. Our chain lock to our room was also broken. Would not recommend.

This hotel has a good location off the highway but didn't offer much more. Rude staff at check-in, bedding had burn holes, only had 2 bath towels for a 4 occupancy room, 1 teensy bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap. Nothing more. Pool was outside (that's great!) Pump not working or was not on so many bugs floating around, VERY cold water, and no pool towels offered. This property also fails to tell overnight guests that there are many who LIVE there long term and I find it creepy and dirty. Housekeeping staff does not speak english. This hotel needs a very heavy makeover and possibly new management. Never staying here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom vanity is very small. The continental breakfast is a joke. The bed was good and the WiFi worked well.

Great location. All sorts of restaurants near by. Also, there is a mall right down the road. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The price was a little high, but our room was updated. The only thing I didn't like was the small bathroom and the small flat screen TV. Other than that, the room is great and spacious. If we ever come around this part of IN we'll def stay here again.

The room was quite nice. Bed was nice and soft. Quite pleased. The only thing is this location has an extended stay option and you can tell some have moved in for the Long haul.

We booked in the morning which was great customer service from the older gentlemen. However the room had a very funny smell. My children and i had been in the room all day and when we went to bed with all the lights off a cockroach came out from behind the mirror. I tried to snap a photo but it ran so fast. I called the night attentand which he did put us in a new room. After seeing the bug it grossed me out. The cleaning ladies dont clean very well. The bathroom was a nightmare but what do you do when you paid in advance. My family and i will not be staying here ever again.
