Terrible managementif you have a sign up saying buy 2 get 1 freeyou can't just say that's not supposed to be up. I'm getting tired of these places not honoring their price/sale signs. If you can't manage all the products you havemaybe you shouldn't have that much product and you also need new managementhavent shopped there in about 3 yearsnow i know why, won't be going backJon the manager isn't knowledgeable on how to treat customershe only cares about the products he's selling and what those companies thinkwell I want his superiors to know he fudged a 70 dollar saleand future sales with me at least. I'll be contacting corporate about their employees attitude of false advertisingwhich no matter how small is STILL A CRIME.

Definitely has a great selection, but our visit was considerably lengthened by the less than efficient check-out services. We really enjoyed shopping here though.

Clothing is affordable, typically staffed well so you dont have to wait in line long.
Was frustrated the last time we were in the store since we were told if we applied for a credit card we would get 30% off our purchase but then told that the 30% couldn't be used towards anything we'd purchased due to the brands once the card was approved. I understand the employee was new, but don't feel like they should be encouraged to push a credit card if they're not familiar with the "fine print".
The manager attempted to rectify the situation by extending the 30% a few more days, but felt like they really didn't care.response / report this review -

Kohl's is by the Greenwood Park Mall, I don't have to go far to shop. The service in-store and online has been so far so good. I like the sales and I have been shopping there for 14 + years. Thanks Kohl's.

Always a good environment - clean restrooms, organized store and shelves, and easy to find help when needed. Other than the normal "crazy" times like Black Friday and Christmas, lines are usually minimal or at least quick.

awesome store! always clean despite the destructive kids and sometimes customers that come through on a daily basis! really friendly staff! even if they don't know about a particular department or item they are willing to help find someone who knows more about it! honestly this has been by far the best kohl's I have ever been to! keep doin' what your doin' !

Return policy is great , got some shoes for Christmas and lost the box for them and had no receipt! They still returned and let me pick out over ones of the same value .

Normally I would say my experience is nothing short of great but I bought a defective ring last week. I was told to call before coming in a day or two after they received their truck to see if they had this particular ring in store. I called just this morning and the jewelry representative had such a bad attitude I almost told her to forget about it and that I would just come into the store. This rep was surprisingly rude after I was super nice and polite and just simply asked about the ring I was told to call back about. I hope she gets her attitude in check or she might run customers off.

I think this is one of the best store to buy clothes (other things are also good). Good price with many deals, discounts and coupons. Always loaded, clean and organized. Love to shop here.
