Many people rate this location between 2 and 2.5 Stars. I don't see how they're giving it such a high rating as the place is in complete disrepair. On our way to the room we discovered that the elevator wasn't working. Luckily we were only on the second floor but this place has five floors. When we got to the room the refrigerator was not working, the bottom of the bathroom door is essentially rotting off and there were roaches. There were a bunch of exposed wires in the closet area over a very Rusty safe that didn't work. The beds were on frames that were not meant for queen size beds and as a result if you sat at the foot of the bed it would flip the top of the bed up. For the state that the rooms are in they charge entirely too much money. It is a shame too, because it is an excellent location situated right on iDrive within walking distance of many restaurants.

This is long but please read!

I am only giving this 1 star because zero stars isn't an option. The first day we arrived our room had not even been cleaned (which I soon found out was a regular thing) dried blood on the wall by the bathroom, floors had not been vacuumed probably ever and the lock on the door was hanging off. We then switched rooms only to find that 1. The room had not been cleaned again. Walls were dirty, Windows were dirty the bathroom was disgusting. There were wires sticking out from under the a.c. half of the light bulbs were out and again it had not been vacuumed. People sit outside at 8am and scream at each other and if you expect any maid service, you are in for a treat! Because it doesn't exist. This place is the most disgusting waste of money ever.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Room smelled horrible! Bugs! No comforter! No wash cloths! Old tube television with no cable and no remote. People fighting in room next to ours ALL NIGHT! Beating on doors, screaming! Security never showed up. I checked out super early and found every single person that was checking out complaining.
Front desk staff not helpful at all!

We stayed at the hotel on 10/27/2017. First problem we had was locating the lobby to check in because the lobby was located in a different hotel next to the one we were staying at. We stayed in room 1225 on the second floor. The elevator was very dirty and smelled. There were bags of trashed stacked up along the side walk of the first floor. Once we made our way in to the room we had to search for a light switch to see at 11 pm. The light switch is half way across the room. Next we found out that the toilet would not flush and the toilet water just kept running. Also there were no towels at all in the room. We were so tired we attempted to go straight to sleep but that was impossible since other guests were running up and down the halls and yelling until 2 AM. When we checked out in the morning and let the staff know the issues we had with the room they seemed uninterested in fixed by any issues.

This is the worst hotel on the planet. The front desk for this hotel is actually in the hotel next door. You can imagine how much fun tjat was, trying to find this place at 7:30pm on Saturday, with all that crazy I-Drive traffic.
The lock on the door to my room was broken. The television worked, but all the channels were snowy and horrible. The worst part was there was only one towel in the room for two adults. No hand towels or washcloths, just the one bath towel. So, I stopped by the front desk on the way to dinner and asked. They said they would have towels brought to the room. Three hours later, still no towels. I called the front desk to ask. The attendant said they had a problem, because they didn't know what housekeeping did with the towels. !!Seriously?? I said, we needed towels immediately. Next morning, I called the front desk again and asked for towels. He said they were still having problems, but I could come down to the front desk (which is in another building at the hotel next door) and get one. I said no, have them sent up. He said he would. Towels never came. This hotel is horrendous. Nobody should ever stay here.

If I could rate less than 1, I would. Didn't have room I reserved, no towels in the room, had to beg them for towels. To top it off I go to tuck in my daughter, the bed is full of pubic hairs. Don't waste your money

One elevator doesn't work, the other elevator kept stopping and going. When you go into the lobby it's nice and neat like if you are going into a 5 start hotel but when you have to walk out and go to the rooms it looks like a shelter, looked very ghetto. We stayed in the room 1350 and the people in the room next to us were standing outside smoking marijuana and they were prostitues because one of them offered herself to my husband. You could tell a lot of the people there lived there. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, blankets and there was no towels. Two Hispanic housekeepers were talking so loud outside our room at 7 am even when I had the do not disturb sign. I do not recommend to ANYONE.

So, the price is good and this place is centrally located. This is by no means a 5* property, barley 3* (average) at best, so long as you understand that you really won't be disappointed. Not the kind of place that you'd want to spend your entire vacation at without leaving, good for just sleeping. The parking lot was not very lit and was extremely dirty, it was hard to find find your room because they don't have numbers on the side of the buildings. I also felt it was quite odd that a police car was parked outside all the time, made me feel like it wasn't really a safe place. If it wasn't for the price, I probably wouldn't have chosen this place. Probably won't choose it again though.

I went to this hotel and when arriving. I was waiting in line to check in. At the counter to the left of me was a couple trying to get their money back. They were very dissatisfied with the service and the room. Next to that couple was a older man asking to get his room changed because the room he had was filled with roaches. And to the right of my was another gentleman complaining about his toilet. How it wouldn't flush.
Meanwhile I was looking around thinking, this doesn't look very good. We received our room keys. When we got to our rooms, my room was a mess and had no towels. My daughters room had someone else's stuff in there, she ran out fast.
The hallways had piles of trash bags, the tinned courts look vandalized, the ceiling on the walking was falling down and at the reception desk they had a paint pole holding the ceiling tile up.
So we ended up going back to the desk and said we weren't staying her and left. The only good thing was the receptionist lady was very kind and understanding.

Out of all my years of traveling I have never come across such a terrible experience in any hotel I have stayed at. Recently my family and I booked 2 nights at this hotel with 2 rooms, when we arrived, one of the two rooms had a mattress infested with bedbugs, that we had not noticed till the morning of the first day when we saw 100s of big bed bugs on the mattress. I am currently considering taking legal action against this "resort", unless there is some sort of compensation for this disaster. We cancelled the second night and left th hotel immediately. In summary, this hotel is the pinnacle of disappointment, and should probably be shut down by any humanitarian organization dealing with these sorts of "pests" for a hotel. I only wish you could give a hotel zero stars

Worst hotel I've ever been to! Cockroaches everywhere. Charge $2.50 for a bag of chips but yet they can't afford hot bath water. Ceilings leaking and nothing was done about it. Asked for a cup of hot water and they had the audacity to say it cost A DOLLAR! I'm surprised they don't have bedbugs since they do not change the sheets. At least the pool is nice, but that doesn't make up for how terrible this hotel is.

Terrible place to stay doesn't look like it does online. Checked in our room had no towels, blow dryer, iron, ice bucket, microwave and no Refrigerator. The A/C Did not work properly it was barley cool with it on 60 Degree's, There was no hot water in the shower it wasn't even Luke warm also the water barley came out of the shower head. The bottom of the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while an the sheets were dirty. Got woken up by the cleaning staff having a loud conversation by our door at 7:30 in the morning. Then got in a argument with the head of the cleaning staff about getting our room switched. The price is not worth the hassle an terrible sleeping arrangement's you will deal with !!!!

The worst experience at a hotel in my life. Upon checking in the television did not work and there were no towels/wash clothes in the room. My family went out for the day and when we returned we found that the towels had been brought, one channel worked on the television and $130 cash missing out of the room. I immediately went to the front desk who had no empathy or compassion only asking if we signed when we arrived because they are not liable for loss. When I asked for clarification if that meant he was saying that employees could not only go through my personal belongings but steal out of guest rooms. At that point he said he couldn't answer my questions. That the manager would be in the following day. When I asked further clarifying questions the employee recanted only to say that actually the manager was off tomorrow but the security employee who could operate the cameras would be in the following day. I subsequently called the Orange County Sheriff's Department to file a report and it took them over an hour to arrive at the hotel. This hotel should be condemned and knocked down. Please don't fall for their pictures online. Lies, lies and more lies. I am going to file a complaint not only with the BBB but also with the State of Florida.

Worst Hotel/ customer service experience ever. I am supper disappointed with this hotel and its personnel. I had two rooms booked and as soon as we walked into the rooms there were roaches everywhere. I have two small children both 2years old, we had placed my daughter on the bed and there was a roach walking on the ceiling right above her, there were roaches on the bathrooms and behind the mini fridge, and it was not only in one room in both. I was not going to have my babies sleep under those conditions. It was really disturbing, just to think that one of those insects could be crawling on you while sleeping, or even get into one of my kids ear. I went down to the front desk and the only thing the guy said was am sorry mam, and then he said if I wanted to change rooms but he never specified another room in the other hotel they have next door (he never mention that). I told him that I will not want a room in the same hotel, who was guarantee me that the other rooms were not in those conditions, he said that I could check out and call the next morning and talk to Crystal the manager on duty, and it was not a problem to get a refund but a manager need it to approve first. I called next morning, never got a hold of Crystal, I called over 10 times and it was impossible to get a hold of a manager, until I finally told the not to keep transferring me that I wanted to speak to a manager, it was really frustrating, they also asked me if I was still in the room because the incompetent front desk the night before did not checked me out, I told them to check their cameras that I had handed the keys over to him. Well when I finally got a hold of a supposed manger she told me her name was Maria, who treated me really bad and said she could only refund one night, I said no I did not stay the two in the hotels the two nights that I had reserved b/c of the inhuman conditions of the room, I had to hang up the phone b/c she was so rude. I have already file a claim with the Florida Department of business and professional regulation, the living condition on this hotel are disgusting. I am still going to fight for my refund, because I had to move to a cleaner hotel, which was amazing thank god.
