Terrible service. The front desk didn't know how to communicate directions, parking (limited parking spaces), or anything going on. They put down the wrong information. Items were falling apart in the room - toilet paper hold, bed frame, hair dryer, etc.

The location was good, and the room hardwood floor was nice, didn't mind the room size. Those are the only cons of this place.

I am only giving one start because I am obligated to give something. THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. My room was disgusting. There was crumbs all over the carpet. The bed sheets has stains. The room smelled like mold. The bathroom had hair everywhere. Only one outlet actually worked. I stayed one hour trying to receive a refund, but that didn't happen. Ended up leaving and going to the Embassy Suites. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER! WORST HOTEL IN FLORIDA.

Service was not bad, people at the counter were very polite and their attention was good.

Since I arrived to the hotel, I didn’t feel safe. I always left the Do Not Disturb sign to not allow house keeping entering to my room. The hotel looks old inside and not well cared nor neat. Rooms are big enough and comfortable. The bathroom is totally uncomfortable, even for one person.

For the closing, I made the check out and left my luggage well cared at the registration counter. I remembered when I went back to pick my luggage up that I forgot a couple of bags over the bed, but they disappeared!!! House keeping nor the manager could find my shopping bags.

Even if the bags appears and they send them to me, my opinion is the same.

It is set up as half hotel, half motel. Breakfast is very basic--warmed up pancakes and cooked egg mixture. Two cereals were available. The rooms are basic, but the internet was fast enough to work from and seemed reliable. The hallway had a mysterious puddle in the carpet for about two days--not sure why. The front desk staff is helpful. This hotel isn't bad, but I wouldn't pick it for a relaxing getaway.

My reservation was confirmed. I booked a room for my son who had an early flight out of Orlando. The hotel refused to let him stay, stating they had a new policy that one needed a credit card with their name. He drove 2 hours to Orlando because of the early flight. He had to return home another 2 hour drive, get 2 hours sleep, and drive back to Orlando for his flight. This was an nightmare. If he had fallen asleep at the wheel driving home because the hotel would not let him stay in a room that I paid for I would have sued them for incompetence. He had cash on hand and a photo ID but the hotel staff still would not let him stay. He missed a very important meeting the next day because of this. We will never stay in that hotel again!! I have never had a problem booking a room for my son, or anything else I have booked, including flights. The staff member he had to deal with should be fired for lack of intelligence and not following up with a phone call to me.

Was a nice stay. We had a room with a single king-size bed near one of the corners next to the stairs. Room was a bit musty when we didn't have the cold air on (which didn't have a temp gauge on it so that it would Auto shut off) and there were a few other little things that showed that they were still doing renovations. I am sure that if we were to return next year it would probably look different and more complete.

First off, Im not going to sugarcoat or exaggerate. This place is DISGUSTING! Good price or not, the room smells like Mildew (with the ac on too), I killed 4 cockroaches and flies And there was a HUGE chunk of hair on the carpet. Very outdated. I slept on top of my clothes and my own blanket. The walls seem like they just painted over mold. Yikes! Ramada Inn , Never AGAIN!

I recently stay at this Ramada Inn, 10/2-5/17. First the pictures on the website don't reflect the current conditions of this hotel. The lobby seating isn't appropriate the chairs are to low, the breakfast area is to small to accommodate the guests. Poor room service 1st day the room wasn't cleaned, beds not made, room not vacuumed, no clean towels provided. The rooms are to small and the furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The baseboards on the dressers and nightstand need to be cleaned and polished, all chairs in the room are stained and dirty, and the carpets are in need of a deep cleaning.. I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends until they renovate & upgrades this hotel. I am contacting the head office for a full refund.

I should mention that my stay here is because Hyatt is remodeling the hotel I had reserved and never bothered to tell me that hotel was closed. In fact, I still have an active reservation at a closed property! The staff is friendly. They keep the rooms clean. The rooms are very dated. The carpet is worn and stained. The freeway noise is constant. Not a hotel I am likely to visit again.

After requesting three times to speak with someone who speaks fluent English, they lost my reservation. I made reservations in October and they told me I would have to pay again. I was not only shocked but they hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. I hope when I arrive in two days that waiting on the phone for an hour is worth it.

The hotel seems to be under construction but the room is amazing. We have the double king bed in our room and it is great. We have also had breakfast there and it was great. Would recommend it to everyone.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN.
The room smelled of cigarettes the carpet was moist and sticky the bathroom discussing.
To top it off they want to charge you a five dollar's per person service or amenities charge and we did not even use them.
It clearly states that it's all inclusive.
If not they should charge it at the time you book.
My experience at this HOTEL is the least to say HORRIBLE.
I DO NOT EVEN RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY.
I will be calling corporate and see what they can do to remedy the situation.

Very friendly staff. Hotel rooms are ok, nothing to dream about. Breakfast included decent pastry, make your own pancakes machine, eggs from the bag. Minus My bathroom shower was leaking and the toilet would not flush well. They do offer shuttle to and from parks.
