Location is hard to park for if you are not familiar. Place looked great. Small intimate space. Nice bar. Ask about the "Manhattan".

This was the worst hotel stay i've had in several years.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
This is apparently a party Hotel, because the staff seems more concerned with catering to groups of twenty who want to use their room as a nightclub rather then the regular patrons trying to sleep. I spent my night from 1am till long past 5am listening to music, loud furniture moving, and people constantly yelling at each other.
The hotel staff was quite incapable of helping in any way. Despite twenty or so calls to them throughout the night they seemed unable to handle the problem, and the yelling would frequently increase after the staffs failed attempts to shut them up.
As reward for stealing 6 hours of sleep they offer to bribe me with breakfast coupons (so I get to choose between free food or sleep). more than a dozen times I was told the issue would be resolved, so the staff must be very incompetent or have been simply lying to my face. If you value your time and sleep over free eggs, DO NOT STAY HERE!
To recap, this if a party hotel with a staff incapable of handling simple noise issues. If you want a peaceful nights sleep look elsewhere. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!response / report this review -

I’ve never enjoyed staying at hotels. They’ve always seemed fake, plastic and full of artificial portrayals of affection and welcoming. But then I met Anthony. I mean this from the deepest cisterns of my quenched soul when I say Anthony has changed me. He’s shown me what to do. What to see. How to live. And how to be. I will never forget my experiences with Anthony. He has shown the reflection of my inner opaque soul, and for that I can never repay him. Though I will try. I will live my life for Anthony. Oh Tony. Hotel has a great location to everything. The rooms are clean and spacious. Having a balcony is a nice feature too. Cleaning Service is quick and not too intrusive. Only complaint is the shower gel smells horrible. Not sure why it was used.

Great location in the heart of the city. The service is as expected and nothing to worry about. Our room was very nice, roomy and clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice hotel with discuss later spacious rooms. Friendly staff who are willing to help. You can actually have them get groceries for you and kitchen supplies. Unfortunately there are always emergency vehicles driving by the area. Also parking is pretty expensive at the hotel and there's nowhere in the street to park full time.

Big and clean rooms with a nice view of the local area. The lobby is clean and smells good. The hotel is located right in front of the Washington Circle so expect noise pollution. Also there is a hospital across the roundabout with ambulances driving in and out all day long (but less after 20:00). It is possible to walk towards the White House within a decent time. The pool is small but has a lifeguard. The food in the restaurant was delicious, some of the best I've ever had, and also for a decent prize. $9 for a half sandwich and soup, salad or fries (you should definitely try the fries). If you order water with your dinner you will get the water for free.

Keep in mind the hospital is right here so there are sirens all the time. Great staff, kind of tired hotel but well kept. Pool was nice, and parking down below feels more secure worth the valet. They were kind enough to let me store my small trailer down there For double the cost of course. .

My wife and I love staying at this hotel! It is a definitely a gem in a very convenient and safe section of Washington D.C. Many of the rooms come with a kitchen including a refrigerator and stove which enable you to make your own meals. There is a convenient whole foods near by to do some shopping. The hotel is only about a 20 minutes walk from the monuments and museums. The staff is really accommodating and if you book with the hotel directly, they are usually willing to upgrade your room if there is availability. We came to this hotel this time for my 40th birthday and the hotel was so nice to us that they even gave us a complimentary bottle of red wine to celebrate. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Comfortable hotel with great location. We were able to walk to Georgetown and local sites. Room was spacious, clean and we had nice views of Roslyn. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

Great location: subway station within less than a 5 minute walk, a Whole Foods next to the station allowed us to easily take advantage of the kitchen in our room, great restaurants also within walking distance. We weren't bothered by the ambulance sirens since our room faced the side street not the hospital. Staff were pleasant and had great restaurant recommendations, both of which we dined at. The building itself is a bit old and outdated from the outside and parts of the interior as well. The king suite was spacious with a separate kitchen, living area and dining area, balcony and separate bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen in particular could use some updates, but the rest of the suite met our needs including a comfortable bed. The coffee beans and grinder were an unexpected pleasant surprise. Housekeeping washed our dishes every day (kudos to whoever scrubbed our pan!) and provided two complimentary water bottles. Our only complaint was that the body wash and conditioner provided were old and rancid - they smelled really bad. We called down and after explaining to a housekeeping staff who showed up, we received new bottles. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again if in the D.C. area!

We stayed in the executive king suite with 2 kids (ages 2.5 years and 3 months). It was wonderful to have so much space and a kitchen. This is not the fanciest hotel, but the staff is very nice, the hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. Yes, it can be noisy with the passing ambulances (because there's a hospital across the street), but ask for a high floor and a room not facing Washington Circle. Other reviewers said that they also offer complimentary earplugs and white noise machines. Overall we had a great stay.
