Stayed here a few months back. Was so nice to have a suite with kitchen. The staff was wonderful as well! Location is perfect! We'll be back
It's a nice place to stay. Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke so they quickly moved us. The small kitchen is nice to have and the pullout sofa sleeps two more people. Overnight parking is available for $42 and you have in and out privileges. It's close to Georgetown so there's lots to see very close by.
Our stay was great. We were there four two nights; there's tons to do nearby, a trader Joe's across the street, and the suites are practically apartments with a full kitchen. The hotel staff was wonderful, offering aid with everything and giving us advice about what to do and where to go. We did not have a chance to check out the bar/restaurant though. The hotel itself is showing a little age, but overall it's a great place to stay.
We loved the location! It was fun to stay in town and be close to everything. It was reasonably priced, and had room for our whole family. The kitchen was a little dated, but functional and had what we needed. Really would have loved a hot tub, especially after a long chilly day walking the city. The hotel is on a two pipe system, so it can't have the heat and ac operational at the same time. It was a littke warm, but at least we could crack the windows. Ceiling fans would be a good addition. All in all though, we really enjoyed our stay!
Not the most convenient location. But we love this place and keep returning to it whenever we stay over in DC. We like the clean kitchen, which has everything you need, with Trader Joe's over the road (this is all great to prepare meals for kids!). We love the size of the rooms and how the main bed is so comfortable. And the shower - it's like a floating robot cloud (I said to the kids) - just ready to pour steaming water over your head. Fantastic. There is a patio with a bar - a bit too cold this time of year, but will be lovely in spring and summer. The price can vary, but whenever it's on or near the advertised price it is really great value for money. Oh, and the staff are just very helpful and always friendly, a treat after a long drive to get there.
The room was amazing and there was a great view from the window. Top notch staff!! Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Lovely hotel. Clean, modern, nice decor. The staff are friendly and professional. Not cheap, but reasonable given the location. I chose it because of the good reviews (totally true!) and because of its proximity to the D.C. Circulator so I could get to tourist sites cheaply, but I found it easier just to take Uber from the hotel to travel in the city.

Pro: Nice accommodations. Clean. Well maintained. Spacious rooms. Kitchen supplies adequate. Great location with easy access to the Metro, Trader Joe's, GTown, shopping, restaurants, etc. Outdoor patio is comfortably furnished and is a nice oasis for cocktails, relaxing and conversation. Staff pleasant/helpful (kudos to front desk clerk, Ann, for expediting early check-in). Connecting rooms a plus when travelling with other family members.
Con: 3 night stay- Did not replenish some toiletries or complimentary water bottles. Sofa bed left unmade and opened. One "rag" that slipped through as a bath towel (frayed edges, threads hanging, 2" rip). Mattress too firm.
Other than the mattress, which is a personal preference, the pros outweigh the cons. I would stay here again and recommend to others.
For all those who are looking for a great place in the heart of Georgetown,This Hotel is worth the price and some.
My family and I stayed at the wonderful hotel in the heart of DC's Georgetown and it was great. From the amazing front desk staff to the valet personnel. The house keeping staff was very gracious and attended to our every need. So much so that one day I cleaned with the house keeping person / staff because they were so great. If I could give 10 stars then it would be a perfect 10.
I have friends that my family and I could have stayed with for the duration of our trip, but the services at this amazing hotel was worth our entire stay. I'm going to be planning another stay very soon.

The location was convenient. It was easy to get where we needed to be by walking. The rooms were large enough for six people, and the roll out bed we ordered was free. The room service was quick and efficient.
It was a nice room and nice staff. The beds were comfortable, and it worked very well for an overnight stay in DC.
Convenient, clean, hip, and large. This place hits most all of the marks in my book. They even have rooms with full kitchens. It's a really nice hotel, which is well located in Georgetown.
Mixed experience. Mostly marred by total fail on the part of housekeeping to make up our room AT ALL on our one full day there. (We stayed 2 nights.) We went out at 8:30 in the morning and dutifully hung the "OK to make up room" sign. Came back about 4 to find nothing had been done. In fact, about six other rooms near ours also had the "make up room" sign still out. We called the desk who said they would look into it. An hour passed and still nothing. Finally they brought us clean towels and a roll of toilet paper, but the room was never serviced at all. All for nearly $400 per night. No offer of a few bucks off the bill. Nothing. So overall left bad taste.
On the plus side, the location is very good, especially for Georgetown visit. (We were in town for commencement.) Convenient to Metro, about 4 blocks away. Room was large with decent, if older, kitchen and suite had nice appointments. A Trader Joe's is kitty corner across the street for a few things like chips and snack purchases. Nice outdoor patio space.

The staff was exceptional and extremely accommodating. I surprised my wife with a birthday celebration in a suite and the staff suggested flowers and cupcakes be sent to the room. The suite was nice but the kitchen was dated. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to others.
