Room was spacious. No pullout sofa so my teenage son had to get comfortable on the small sectional sofa. Having to park 2 blocks over and then walking across 2 streets was not so normal. Specially since I had to pay $24 for parking. :/

The staffs are great, they tried but this place cannot be helped.

The lobby and elevators are more than dated.

I checked in first room 707; every window faces a brick wall very close by and the mini refrigerator was making non-stop clicking sound.

The front desk was nice and give me room 808 immediately; I walked in; wanted to put my bags down to unpack; and realized there were cookie crumbs and people hair all over the couch. The house keeping came and cleaned.

And before he left, he asked "is your hot water working?"

I got busy on a biz call and did not think much.

It turned out the heat is never warm enough and hot water is cold when my husband tried to take a shower. Today is 18 degrees.

We checked in another hotel down the road; much more relieved clean and warm now

Staying at Best Western Georgetown Hotel & Suites was a delight. The customer friendly staff made our stay a memorable one.
From the time we contacted the staff to inquire about rates till the time that we booked a room, all the staff members we interacted with were so cordial and it was as if we had been their loyal customers for years.
The room was quite spacious with their neatly decorated bed. The room consisted of everything that a traveler will need to make living away from home an enjoyable one. Access to internet, microwave, fridge, iron, cable TV and a tour guide for tourist. The location is in the heart of the city and so many scenes of attraction were nearby and that was the hallmark of our stay.

The service was awesome. The hot breakfast was awesome. The location was near a lot of restaurants and stores. But the highlight of the trip was the good nights rest. I have never and I do mean never slept like that in my life. That bed was so comfortable I did not want to get up. 1 night I was so hungry but I refused to leave that bed. I called 3 times to ask what type of mattress it was. I wonder if they sell them? The stay was awesome! It was a wonderful expierence

Great location. Nice stroll west along M st into Georgetown. Recommend West Wing Deli for light fare.Hotel rooms spacious and well appointed. TV is not HD.Staff including front desk and breakfast servers are courteous and helpful. Although breakfast is served to 9:30am ,items such as fruit are gone and not replenished after 9:00.

The hotel was great. The bed was extremely comfortable. The internet was quick and the staff was courteous. We were able to check in at 12pm (normal check in is 3pm). Within 5 minutes of getting to our room we received a call from the front desk asking if we needed anything and making sure our room was to our satisfaction. The free continental breakfast was nice; there was a lot of variety, something for everyone. The hotel was nice, quiet, and a good location relative to the metro and walking distance to the White House.
