I shopped here twice so far and the inventory on the shelves is a hot mess, especially the frames area. Looks like the tasmanian devil whirled through the aisles. The frames area is a pot luck of piles of unorganized and many scuffed options. You cannot easily find things, no rhyme or reason or order to the frame shelves. This is odd because the Old Time Pottery in Bonita Springs is more organized. I had to walk out without purchasing. Went down the street to Michaels and found what I needed in short order.

I love this store. I take all my out of town guests here. I always find what I’m looking for especially unique gifts. The staff is friendly and the selection is out of this world. Prices are affordable.

Great experience always. A bit disorganized but can always find everything I need. Awesome for good quality holiday decorations for MUCH lower prices, just like everything else they have!!!😊 10/10

Wide variety of seasonal decorations, home goods & home decor, kitchen items, linens, glassware, etc. Prices are very low and you get what you pay for.

I had a terrible experience with an assistant manager who struggled to accept my check payment. The tender is not the basis of my complaint as it is the way the woman treated me. I believe her name was Sidney, and her human connection and customer service falls short for holding a management position. When I asked why the issue was with my check, her reply was very rude and unnecessary. Her response was, "I am not a machine, if the machine doesn't accept the check than neither can I." But here's the thing, my check was not refused, it requires a manager authorization due to the dollar amount. So I was just confused by her terrible attitude and lack of customer service. I've used the same checks and identification at the store for years before today, I've always had great experiences at this store and spend a great deal of money in there.
