  Beautiful location, gorgeous views, very nice condos. Lost one star because of lacking couple details in the condo. Like dvd player on all TVs not just the one in the living room.

  Great location with private beach access and pool. Unit could use some updates and we had issues with cleanliness in the unit including dirty dishes in the cabinet. Stayed here for several years and never had this issue.

  One of the best time share places on the Island.beautiful grounds.Right on ocean with pool also.Has old Sanibel flavor.very large cottages with 2 big porches.
