There were rats in my room. They ate my crackers which I had sitting on the counter everything else was in the refrigerator. I actually saw them crawling around the countertops going under the fridge and found rat excrement in the bathroom. I ended up leaving in the middle of the night because it was thoroughly disgusting. Guest Services wanted to give me half a day refund I refused and said no it's going to be a full day.

Nice close to beach was quiet while i was tghere 4 nights a/c wasn't as cold as my friend needed sdink had some issues no cold water but the hot was great in the shower bathroon teent tiny

My husband and I booked this for our honeymoon. We love it so much we plan to come back with the family. Its so quiet, staff is amazing and on top of everything. Plus property is right on the beach so no matter where your cottage is it's just a short walk to the water.

I'm here with my family and what an amazing place. Immaculately clean, quiet and beachfront. Pool is wonderful and perfect temperature. I can't say enough about this place. Very close walking distance to several great restaurants. We are so happy we found this place and already planning our next vacation here

Great little property. Stayed in a cabin on the water for a long weekend. Easy launch of kayaks with rentals on site. Fishing was very good. The cabin was clean and well equipt and dog friendly. Enjoyed our time here.

Wife and I were here in May 2015 - GREAT time. Can't say the same this time. Dirty dishes in the oven; burned out lightbulbs (they actually gave me the new bulbs - I had to change them); totally DEAD roses in a vase in the porch; remodeling debris all over the yard; there is actually an uncovered indoor electrical outlet that is being used outside on the cottage! I pointed this out to the staff: "what would you like me to do?" He asked! We leave for two hours, yard is clean - NO POWER!!!! Someone flipped the master breaker while cleaning. Currently staying there; waiting to see what's next. Adding insult - a staffer said that we'll get $100 for our troubles!
