This place is great. Great prices & friendly service. Employees were more than happy to answer any of my questions & seemed pretty knowledgeable. The environment was non intimidating and I didn’t go long before there was someone there to help.

Rude. Whenever I make multiple purchases at an establishment, I expect there to be some level of respect and customer service. Guess not. The guy at the desk who helped us was great, the manager was terribly rude. Barely looked me in the eye and claimed I can't even get $200 out of a barely used gun because they have a sale going on. Alright, cool. I'll be going somewhere else from now on. It's not even really the price of the trade-in, but the rudeness of the manager.

I was there sometime last week and was looking to buy a gun and my father who doesn’t spoke English was interested in buying his first firearm also. A gentleman by the name of Leandro who was also Spanish like me and my dad helped us out a lot. My dad had to fill out the form but the employee Leandro translated the form for the background so that my father could buy a gun. I also bought a gun too and we were very happy customers to say the least. Leandro was very nice and made the transaction smooth and we joined the NRA also he gave us all the details about it. I will continue to coming back and is nicr to see they have a Cuban person working there since am cuban and my dad also but he didn’t speak English but the employee translated everything to my dad. Thanks shoot straight for being so nice and the prices were good too!!

Great place in leigh acres, my sister is getting her cwp permit and the staff was super nice, very clean and always someone around to help with all needs, and the pricing is very fair, and you can pick your time and price, but very reasonable

Used to be a five star facility. They won't allow you to set up your optics on the bench. They informed that I have to put $5k worth of hardware on the ground in my 3 foot shooting lane! Cecil Webb is the only place left where the range rules don't take away from the pleasure of shooting.
Way too small, too hot, too packed with folks who have never used a gun. If you add not being able to mount your optic on an unloaded gun on a bench behind your lane there is no point.
One of the patrons informed me that their rules changed since someone was killed at this range. Unsafe, too packed, too hot and no logic. Don't let anyone just shoot, have them qualify but give them the space to set up!
Staff is friendly and informed. Gun range is small and meant for a single shooter.response / report this review -

Knowledgeable, professional staff. They take away the intimidation factor for those new to firearms and range shooting. Go to the range off hours as it can be crowded on weekends and in season. Lowest prices I have found in the area. Five stars. Highly recommended.

Place is totally unimpressive. the range is congested and many times you have to wait to get a lane. The guns they sell are significantly overpriced, and they did low ball me on a trade price. Buyer beware that you will not get a good deal there. You WILL overpay when you try to buy a gun there simply because of their name! I ended up going to fowler and got great service and a good deal. Can't wait for the Cape coral range to open!!

As many other reviewers have stated; they are a very knowledgeable staff and will be able to answer all your questions. The range is a bit strict for my liking but I understand the caution is to ensure safety.

Great place to buy a gun. They are patient, knowledgeable, and help you make the right gun buying decisions. Prices are very reasonable, on guns and ammo. My friend knew nothing about Ar-15's and AR-10's. He now knows more than I do about them after visiting this store!
