Completely mediocre hotel. Best thing about it was the overall cost of our stay, and the breakfast which was mediocre as well. Air conditioning didn't work in our room and there was nothing they could do for us so we slept hot one night - yuck.

Location was great. Room was ok, however pillows sucked. We got a 2 queen bed room with only 2 towels. Went to front desk and asked for more since 4 of us in room. Only had one extra towel available. Everything was treated like we were bothering them.

It was such a pleasant , professional, and hassle free experience at the front desk with Rich. The computer had incorrect information about availability. Rich fixed everything perfectly and quickly and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves and have a great stay. The rooms are clean , spacious and has great housekeeping service. If u ever need to book or have a problem , Rich is definitely your go to man to fix it. Tyvm again. Have a blessed day.

Very close to the airport. Great prices, and helpful staff. The airport shuttle is quite nice. The bathrooms could use a revamp.

The staff is great. The breakfast is nice and the 1 bedroom suite is very spacious. We also enjoyed the hot tub even though it was pouring rain last time we were there.we stay there at least 5 times a year.

Great, friendly staff. Close to convenient stores, and places to eat. Room was clean so was the bathroom. When I arrived i got an upgraded room at no charge. Even honored online pricing (not sure they had to). Also has complementary shuttle to and from the airport. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in florida.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was well kept and lovely. Hot tub was awesome! Overall great experience, my husband and I will definitely be coming back :)

🚫The hotel is lovely. I assumed it was a smoke free environment. On the 3rd floor there was the smell of tabacco and marijuana coming from room 323 as my son and I went to breakfast this morning. I informed the front desk the young lady purposely disconnected the call after i asked for management. Im appalled at her demeanour. 🚫

First of all I would like to say the hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and enjoyable. Also I had left an item in my room and didn't notice till I was hours away. I called the front desk and they immediately called house keeping. I spoke to Rich on the phone. He personally went and checked to see if he could find the item. Thank you Rich and staff for going above and beyond.

Nice enough place, but based on the pictures I expected it to be a little nicer. Clean room, hard bed, room keys had multiple problems getting into the room & had to be replaced a couple times. Breakfast was standard continental & microwaved ham slices & eggs. I got the feeling the hotel used to be very nice & was starting to get a little older, though still OK. Would stay again if there wasn't a nicer place for a similar price.

Enjoyed a great stay here. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Rich at the front desk was wonderful, he was helpful, knowledgeable, charming and had a great sense of humor, he made my stay special.
