Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in search of printer cartridges for a discounted printer. Very courteous sales girl helped me find alternative cartridge for my printer. I highly recommend Office Depot Roswell Hwy 9 and Mansel.

Their staff is attentive but you're never sure if you're getting a knowledgeable seasoned associate or a nervous newbie that adds too much time to your slow checkout. When management does finally come, it's a quick fix & you're on your way! I deducted two stars for lack luster training

I went there to buy a laptop with very specific requirements written down and they worked with me beyond what I could have possibly expected. Always a friendly face and greeting and they didn't stop until they got me what I needed and even made sure it was at a great price because it was so hard for them to get a hold of. This is a very professional store with an amazing atmosphere and customer service.
