As busy as they are, the staff is very courteous, personable and efficient!!
I have not had any negative experiences here in multiple visits. I would recommend this Concentra to anyone!

I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Initially I had come 2 days prior and was advised the wait time was about 3 hours. I expected to wait, but not that long. The receptionist (JoAnn) advised me if I come back on Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. it shouldn't be such a long wait. Not only was she right, but she remembered me and immediately gave me the clipboard to fill out. Only 15 more minutes and I was with the tech (I think her name was Demetria). She was so positive, happy, efficient, and moving with great speed. I had to have several things done and see the doctor and I was in and out of there in an hour and a half. better than any other Concentra I have been to

I visited this Concentra location for a routine weight check for my employer. I arrived first thing in the morning before things became busy and was in and out with a minimum of waiting. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. I would visit Concentra location again.

Professional staff and testing. They suggest you can take breaks during tests.. Take them. Your ending heart rate score will thank you.

I was not sure that I was in the right place. The st at first was nk t clear. They never asked for my I'd or insurance card. However, once I was taken to the back everyone was nice & pleasant.

Only 3-4 people in the waiting room when I walked in for a work physical and drug screen Took over an hour to actually be called back. The staff was nice and polite, but I guess that's because they take a "no rush, no stress" approach in their business.

I give this three because I am divided. The tech was great. He was curteous and professional. So I'm not mad. But the front desk girl was the worst service I have had in a long time. Her non caring attitude and spiteful looks were enough to make me want to leave. She is the first face of your business and you need to do some clean up. Those girls didn't talk to me in any respectful way and did not explain the why for anything I asked. Be careful or you will lose all your business.

Staff courteous and efficient. I was in there for 2 hours but that was for urine and hair follicle collection, DOT medical exam, performance testing, and all the necessary paperwork.

This place is HORRIBLE! The wait time is unbelievable. I've been here 3 times and not by choice! Each time that I have been here I have waited more than an hour and a half to be called back. Once called back I waited another hour for the doctor. The doctor came in and provided 4-5 minutes of service. In the mist of him assisting me he walked out of the medical room to which I was in and started servicing other patients. I have never expierenced such poor service. Once the service has been provided you have to wait another 30-45 minutes to be checked out! If you have the chance to go to another clinic I HIGHLY recommend it.

I sat for about an hour while people who checked in after me were called. After my physical, I sat for about another half hour waiting to be checked out. One of the staff asked what I was waiting for, and when I said to be checked out I was informed that they lost my papersso I wanted another hour for them to find them/write up new ones. The staff is astoundingly incompetent and slow. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

I would give it less than 1 star if I could. 1.5hr to get called back to see a nurse. Another 45min in the patient room waiting for the doctor. After seeing the doctor I was asked to have seat while they process my paper work.. For another hour. Spent 3 hours for a basic physical for work. Go else where if possible. Terrible service. Doctor sees you for less than 3 minutes.
