Cool store to shop in but to sell complete different experience. I bought a jumper here and was told I could sell it back once my son outgrows it. I take it back and they tell me all the things that were wrong. But it was in the exact condition actually better cause I bothered to clean it. I was desperate for one at the time. They turn down stuff because they don’t think it’s clean I come back to seek and I’m told they aren’t looking that specific kind. Why not tell me that before you insisted you’d buy it once clean. They hardly take anything here. It’s just annoying at this point.

Clothes are a mess and sizes are never where you would expect them baised on their signage. Then they are out of a size but they have no signs stating such so we wasted our time going through racks looking for that size. Very unorganized. 3rd time I have been here and it is always the same. Don't bring a stroller as it cannot go through the racks unless it is an umbrella stroller. They are moving directly next door in "a month" so hopefully it will be better. I only came for costumes but I can get an new one at walmart for the same price. Not worth the drive over.

The staff doesn't speak to customers when they come or throughout the time there. No assistance offered at all and they just glance at you and go back to their tasks.

This company has the worst customer service meanwhile the manager is one of the worst they only took $14 worth of merchandise but I asked them what did they take so I don't have to go through the whole bag of items they said oh well we already put it on the Shelf already I stated why did not get a phone call because I ask to be contacted my phone and not by email. never again in this is why I just donate instead of selling to a resale store

Great place to get rid of children clothing you no longer need or want. Very kind and pleasant atmosphere and staff as well as patrons.

This store has pleanty for everyone. I loce that they've added a designer section how fun! But not in love with the fact that all their proces have gone up. Also be prepared to shift through tons because this store is packed.

They are way too picky when purchasing clothes from sellers but I will get clothes from them in the same condition as the ones I was trying to sell. You can't just pick and choose which way it's going to be. Pick one and stick with it.

The staff are hit and miss with friendly. Store is not always neat and clean. Check your clothes before you buy, I have accidently bought some with holes!

Always good to have this store nearby. Never ending treasure trove of stuff for the kids, especially, for seasonal needs. Got a grab bag of costumes for a fraction of the price!
