The food is above par! The drinks are above par. What sells this place for me is the friendly staff and the absolutely crazy Thursday nights for karaoke! Bring your singing voice and rock out with the K-jay or roll in incognito and prepare yourself for the unforgettable people watching scene that unfolds. I've never been here on an "average" Thursday night. Enjoy!

I'm a fair reviewer and have been to many restaurants. When manpower is lacking up front, such as nobody there to greet you, its guaranteeed to be lacking elsewhere. As initially suspected the service was horrible and the food lacked flavor. The bathrooms were out of soap as well so my thought was how are the employees washing their hands? Needless to say, this is my last visit to this place.

No bueno! Nothing special here, just an overpriced Sports Bar.
The food was so so nothing to write home about, just average.
Between two people we had 7 glasses of wine and we were charged for 10 glasses of wine when I questioned it the waitress actually argued with me for 10 minutes and kept insisting she was right. finally she corrected it the whole time mumbling under her breath that she didn't need to put up with that then she shouldn't have overcharged us thinking we might not have noticed. If you're going to charge J Alexander's prices you need to up your game about 90%.response / report this review -

First time we've had dinner at Abbotts Bar & Grill. I had zero expectations walking in, but I wanted American food in Johns Creek where there are too many Korean or similar restaurants. The Calamari appetizer was great, not chewy. The Abbotts signature salad is wonderful. I added Salmon to it, and highly recommend this salad if you're saving room for a desert. There's a lot on the menu, and the sides offered are much better than the standard in most 'bar/grill' restaurants. This Abbotts is worth the visit again.

I can't really speak on the quality of food. I never ate there. I deliver for uber eats and I'm consistently going back and forth. Food must be good I suppose. The atmosphere seems to be pretty good.

We have come to Abbotts for years prior to moving to Georgia in 2014, and it is always a fun, lively place with a first-class menu, wonderful service and some of the best music in the area. Outdoor on the patio can be an enchanting evening out. Cannot say enough that is good about this restaurant. (I adore the macaroni-appetizer too).

I go for entertainment and karaoke! Though they do have a great selection of food, full bar and awesome staff!!! This is upscale but the staff is friendly, informed and fast. It doesn't take long to know why locals love it. I would vote this place one of the best neighborhood restaurant bars in all of Atlanta just because of the people!

Abbott's has something for everyone. Whether you're going there for a drink or two, bringing the kids, or having a private party, they can accommodate. The staff is friendly and the owners treat their customers like family. Food, drinks, and entertainment are all A+. There's a reason they have a ton of regulars! You're guaranteed a good time!

So I am a local and have been passing by this place for a couple years and finally came in. I was definitely missing out on this place! I was looking for a neighborhood bar and grill place that was locally owned. The fries were fresh cut and the burger was cooked great. My wife got the mac and cheese and that was so good as well, and I am not a big Mac and cheese eater. The atmosphere is great and our server Jessie was excellent. She knew everything on the menu and made great recommendations. I recommend this anyone who is looking for this type of place. The menu has a great variety and I cannot wait to try more things. I give this place 5 stars, I will be coming back.
