Staff is really friendly, housekeeping keeps place pretty tidy & if you are in need of something they have to supply room they will get. Maintenance is pretty quick about getting issues resolved. They are in the middle of renovations here & when finished it will be really nice. They are also renovating the hotels on each side but it is not really a issue. Besides you are right here at beach witb amazing veiws so that is what you will focus on. Plus you can get a room with a veiw where you actually do not have to get out of bed to see the ocean & watch the sunrise. As far as places to eat just a short stroll around to Collins Avenue & you will find all kinds of different types of food.

Well i booked this hotel, got there. It was closed. They charged me for both days. They have been reported for fraud and to the BBB because they are not informing anyone of their closing and collecting money. Capital one took care of everything, we disputed the charge. I took pictures proving they were closed and that no one contacted to let us know. If you have reservations here I suggest you contact your bank ASAP

This hotel was very nice and cozy. The beds were very comfy and clean. It wasn't a top luxurious hotel, but it had a clean room which was all I needed. The plus is that you can walk to the beach in 2 minutes! The room had a mini fridge and an old school block tv with no cable. There is no microwave in the rooms but if you ask the staff they will let you in their break room. Very friendly and they had beach towels, chairs, and a few big umbrellas for the beach.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give it no stars, I absolutely would. It's super disgusting in there!!!! The rooms are filthy and nasty. I can't explain how filthy they were. Don't waste your money here!!!! biggest regret ever and it caused us to waste a night of our vacation looking for another hotel. For less amount of money we actually stayed at a fancy hotel in downtown Miami. Do yourself a favor and do not book here unless you want to lay in a bed bug infested bed.

Clean hotel and nice staff but no breakfast in the morning, the view from the room is a wall of an other hotel

the hotel is next to the beach, very convenient, however the fact that there is no parking is very inconvenient to the traveler, there is no wifi on the hotel rooms only on the lobby, there is no breakfast so the high price of the room is only a convenience walk to the beach

When we choose this hotel through Expedia website applying a filter of Hotel with Breakfast, the same hotel appears on screen. We want the hotel near beach with breakfast. However when we check Inn, we came to know that breakfast is not served by Hotel since long
Rooms are too small and without facilities of Even a coffee makers. All u need in the morning as to approach near by restaurant with additional expenditures.
Basically its an old bungalow converted in to Hotel.
Be sure twice before you choose this hotel. However
    Location is at beach itself.

This has to the worst hotel I ever been at. Booked it couple weeks in advance and when we got there. There were no rooms available. So had to look somewhere else to spend a night. Came next day still no rooms. Gave me a room at next door building. Didn't get room service till later on in a day. After they got done. I came back to the room to find out that they didn't clean anything in the room. The only thing they did was went through my personal stuff and took stuff out. No wi-fi in any rooms. Customer service awful. Wouldn't recommend this place to no one. No English spoken there. When you ask for something they look at you like you crazy. FIRST AND LAST time here. I guarantee.

The room was okay, not very clean. Some hair remnants of previous occupants. The furniture was old and everything was functional, the room had a CRT T.V. The fridge was old with stains on the outside. Room had walk-in closet and locker, clean towels and toiletries. Didn't have hair dryer or coffee machine. The beach is accessible from the hotel. The hotel provides complimentary beach towels.

I really like this place. Such a beautiful view. It's very easy to wake up in the morning because you're so close to the beach. Roll outta bed and go to the beach on 30 seconds. I live in Brickell and rent a room for a week at a time a few times a year. Very kind front desk employees. Would love to see the hotels next door open up as well.
