Chloe and Brian are awesome. They had no problems accommodating me about my room. I will be back and I will most definitely tell my friends that's visiting, that this is the best hotel to stay in with the best customer service thank you Chloe and Brian I will see you guys soon
I love this hotel. The guest service is outstanding. The receptionist named Brian was awesome. As I checked in he took care of me and made sure I was more than comfortable, he made sure I was blown away with my return. He and everyone else are amazing. I totally recommend this hotel. When you arrive, ask for Brian :-)
Stayed here for years as a kid very friendly staff beautiful ocean front view. Took my girlfriend here for the week and nothing has changed tiki bar has an awesome happy hour and friendly staff who remembered our drink orders the next day after only staying for a few minutes the first day. After checking into our original room decided to upgrade to an ocean front room the hotel manager Rafael was happy to help even offering us the chance to see in person the available rooms before deciding on where we wanted to stay. All in all the hotel is clean staff is friendly and the view is unbeatable would highly recommend staying here to anyone we definitely will be back!
My family and myself had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff are very friendly especially the front desk clerks. They are welcoming and kept smiles on their faces and assisted with whatever we needed. We'll definitely stay here again. Thank you.
My stay here over the past few weeks have been very helpful peaceful and lovely due to the help of Zailah a lovely lady I met the day of check in and she has been very helpful till this day with the help of
accommodating a room that satisfy the needs of me and my family. She is very polite kind helpful and always remains professional. All the staff are caring and do what needs to be done to make sure your stay is as comfortable as home. The hotel is a beautiful site to see and my stay here has been very amazing and refreshing.
You can tell it's old, the history is neat. It's been redone: paint, tiles, lighting, and furnishings. It's clean. Personally, I like it, I'm not big into super luxurious, fancy and expensive, so if you're looking to stay somewhere where everything is top notch, you might have some complaints. It's modest, people are friendly and it's Florida: palm trees, ocean, and sunshine, so enjoy it.
Getting your car in and out of their valet parking is a nightmare. My mother was having a medical emergency (heatstroke) and needed to leave right away - I understand it was during a busy part of the day but our choices shouldn't have been between either sending for an ambulance or waiting 30 mins (when we were told the wait wouldn't be even half as long). They refused to even acknowledge us or our situation until I approached on of the valets as the woman at the counter wasn't passing the information along to her staff.
I was delivering food to a guest at the resort. Everything there seemed pretty tidy and clean. Also a good location. Would recommend
They took care of us after Hurricane Irma and we were very thankful for everything they did. The pool was huge the room was spotless and had an amazing view and the Tiki Bar had some pretty good food. Thanks Mike for taking care of us when we needed you most. Will come definitely come back when it's not an emergency
Ocean Manor Beach Resort has been our Hurricane Irma Gate away point. Let me tell you, these guys know what they are dealing with. Very serious about safety while being highly dedicated and kind about your needs. I give them 5-star rating without any doubts Thank you to the whole team for efforts!!!
The conceirge Brian was Great!! He was very helpful and took the time to give us much information about the area!! Our room was Amazing!!! Had huge windows over looking the ocean. The only bad thing about the place was that at times the room smelled of smoke and the pool was like a sauna. The location was goodwalking distance to shops and food!! Overall good place to take a vacation!!
Location was very decent considering it's right on the beach. We rented the penthouse suite both sides and the air conditioning was broken on one side making it about 85 degrees almost the whole day until they finally brought portable ac units to cool it down. When they shouldn't have rented the room to begin with to anyone if the ac was broken considering heat rises and were at the top. The floor had cracked pieces of tile and parts of drywall had been cut out in one of the closets. Very bad for a penthouse
I realize it's a resort. I get 2 drinks. Jack and Coke and SoCo and Coke. 18.00. Fine. I get it. Went later to happy hour for 1/2 priced drinks. My wife and I sat at a table and waited for 15 minutes and no one came near us. Went and got drinks. Would have gotten another round but no one came by. Worst is when all around people were getting served. I will not be going back.
Right on the ocean, rooms were nice and clean with white tile floors. Beds were very comfortable and staff very accommodating. They even have a wild iguana couple that come down and eat breakfast with you in the tiki lounge.
I've stayed at many resorts and as a timeshare owner I expected more from this place. The best part of all is that it is on the beach. We haven't received room service since we've been here and I have had to call the front desk to receive anything we needed and they couldn't even get it right. There is no cleaning service, the cleaning lady said she only clean private condos. We had to go to the front desk to request towels, toilet tissue, garbage bags, linen, basic toiletries. There are huge cock roaches, no towel racks, the closet hanging racks are missing. The only other pluses are the heated pool, coffee shop, size of the room and comfortable bed. Oh and our pillows were super small on the beds and flat. The elevators are small. There is 1 restaurant and bar on the premises.
