Very friendly staff, had my dog with me and they had no issues, room was comfy only thing I didn't like it was next to the train tracks
Good service and very cozy and comfy rooms, but the first room we stayed in had a clogged toilet and also a very bad smell in the room which gave us really bad first impressions. After our room was changed it was beautiful the room was excelent. Also very beautiful view to the pool.
My arrival and check in went without issue. I was checked in quickly. Got to my room and it really needs some updating/upgrades. Carpet looked worn and fake headboards were dirty. Roach was crawling on the ceiling. Elevator didn't work so I had to walk up to the fourth floor. Banging early in the morning from construction.
Pluses were the friendly and helpful staff and the beds were comfortable. The room was ok for my stay.
I stayed at this location for the week of Thanksgiving and I had my 2 dogs with me. I had major problems with the housekeeping staff because they are afraid of dogs. Every time I came out of my Room with my 2 well behaved dogs, on their leash, any staff that would see them would literally scream in terror. The commotion was so bad that other guest literally came out of their rooms to see what was going on. It was absolutely uncalled for especially since my dogs were well behaved. I called customer care and requested for a general manager to call me back and instead I received a pre formed email. I am so utterly disgusted at the way the situation has been handled, I will never stay at a La Quinta ever again. If you're traveling with pets I highly recommend you find a different hotel.
It was a fine la Quinta hotel. Nothing more or less. Our room was clean and all hotel grounds seemed maintained. Nothing extravagant in terms of going above and beyond, but I have no complaints. Would gladly stay here again if in the area and price is fair.
Beautiful and clean love it your money worth it every one come along and try It out
Great clean room. House keeping did an awesome job. The entire staff was courteous and helpful!
Fortunately being in the medical field I know that hepatitis C has a shelf life of 16 hours. So hopefully the nice blood stain that was on our sheets was washed and dried. Accidents happen but seriously it was a pretty big stain. I will not return to this particular location.
The customer service at this location is impeccable! I am staying here now 3 nights and just extended my stay while waiting for my apartment to be ready.
It is not easy to find a good reasonably priced hotel when you have a dog.
My room is very clean and the receptionists are incredibly helpful.
I highly recommend!
Clean cozy and professional employees
The 12th Street La Quinta Inn is much better than the than the one on Hillsboro. We moved out of that one too the other.
Service was great, however their hotel could use some major updating and proper cleaning. Floors were sticky, carpet was covered in stains and could easily tell it was worn/old. Mattress was also very old as you could see how it dipped in and the metal framing was coming through. No hot water. Warm water yes not hot though. For the price is was not worth it.
The serice was great and the rooms were really nice. However, the hallways do have a bit of a damp smell. Nevertheless, we had a nice time at a great price.
Is great they are dog friendly. Bad thing is they didn't do anything about two barking little dogs late at night. Clean and close to highway.
